Let me start off with, if I could give zero stars I would. m a certified technician. And I know how annoying it can be for a random Joe off of the street to come in and ask for one of the technicians to grease up the front end suspension components. Literally takes less than five minutes to do. As The guy finished I told the technician that helped me out that I didnt have any cash but I would be right back. And I really was going to go to the ATM because I thought I did have cash with me when I initially arrived. He said its OK he understands and that its not a problem and that hes happy to help me. As I was pulling away in my jeep some man in a red shirt who looks to be the shop foreman screams out at me what the F?! So I pull back in puzzled.... he starts with, you drive a $50,000 truck and you cant afford to give my guy five dollars.?!? He dropped his work to help you! Then I responded with, I told him that Im coming right back. Im a mechanic I know how it is trust me. And he continues to yell obscenities at me in front of other clients. And ended with Get the F OUTTA HERE WITH YOUR POS! NO ONE should be treated like this. So then I told him you know how important reviews are right?. Im going to post this everywhere that I can for this company. Because no one should be treated like that.

I am a regular customer and first I would like to say that the owner and staff are extremely friendly. I am always helped in a timely manner. Ive been to several auto centers and as a female it is hard to find one you can trust especially when you dont know much about cars. However, the employees here have always been very honest and lay out my options for me. Not to mention, their prices are affordable. As a regular customer I find the negative comment on here to be ridiculous. There is definitely another story to that. I have never seen any employee here speak negatively to a customer.

The owner started cussing my friend out today for his employee lubing my friends suspension. Yes he helped him out and he was going to the ATM to tip him and & said its ok dont worry about it. Then the owner came out cussing him out saying hes a POS & cant afford to tip with a $50,000 truck. Said he doesnt give a S*** about bad reviews. Well here you go.

Awesome place to bring my car, I can trust that theyre going to take care of my BMW while I leave it in their hands. The staff is very knowledgeable and the family culture creates an atmosphere that offers great customer service. The prices are also very reasonable.
