After being taken for a ride by our local Volvo dealer, years ago, I decided to try out an independent. A good friend gave Gables Cats high marks for his Jaguar and for his wifes Volvo. So I decided to give him a try. Rickie has now been doing repairs on my Volvos for over 10 years and I have not been disappointed once in all that time. If Rickie says it needs replacing you can bet that it needs to be replaced. His pricing is fair and his service is easily as good as the best Volvo dealer in south Florida, if not better!

This is the first time I have found such and honest and knowledgeable mechanic! Rick the owner knew right away what was wrong with the car did the work quickly kept me informed the whole time and charged a very fair price as opposed to the high end dealership I had taken the car to. I highly recommend Rick for any sort of repair on your Jag you will not regret taking your car to his shop, which by the way you can almost eat of the floors that is how clean and organized it is. THIS GUY IS AWSOME!!!!!!!!!!!

Rick is awesome! I took my Land Rover LR3 in for what couldve have been major transmission issues ..turns out to be wrong bulb in rear break lights which was causing transmission faults on the car! He was able to detect this problem and fix it right away the car had no transmission issues at all. Anyone could have either scammed me into a new transmission or really not have been knowledgable enough to know wrong rear bulbs can cause that kind of misleading fault to the car. This guy is the best.

I took my car to the dealer and several other shops and they told me I needed like three modules: body control, passenger door, a new battery and about 5000 and no garanty. One guy told me try this guys, I met Rickie and wow. He said you need this module and he showed me why, I can refer you to a used one and 600 later my car was like new. Being bulgar you know when someone knows his shi*.

Richie es excellent... No wonder he has been in business for 20 years in the same spot. Honest no BS mechanic, takes his time to work on your vehicle and makes sure everything is done right. Having worked on these vehicles myself I cant tell you that this guy knows what he is doing... Definitely knows his British cats
