Stay away from this bodyshop. There work is terrible I had my car painted a few years ago with them and the paint started peeling immediately and rust spots developed where they did body work. Their customer service was horrible and they took 14 weeks to fix my car. When I finally got my car back my a/c was broken and I had a leak into my car. I had to pay another bodyshop to fix the leak because I brought it back to them a number of times and they could never find the issue. The issue was that they cut a lead line on the quarter panel that they repaired the lead line went from my sunroof to a vent on the quarter panel that allowed the water to drain. I am now getting the car painted again thanks to their crappy work oh and I also need to do rust repair work on the quarter panel that they fixed. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place if you need body work on your car.

I took my car home, and then the next day in the morning when I wanted to drive to work, the car was totally dead. For sure, they forgot to connect some wires inside. They revive my battery, but I have to pay then for the Towing service, total of $120.oo. Terrible attitude of the Manager Roberto, he gave me an appt for 9am yesterday to replace the Liner Fender that fell and was on the WARRANTY, he told me I lost it. He asked me for money, I said I am on the Warranty, he was so upset, and told me NEVER COME BACK AGAIN!!, Very nasty guy and poor quality. mm This guy is a vulgar person and disgusting. Use of bad language and say things that are outrageously inappropriate. Think the owner need to teach him manners.

Roberto de Armas should be fired immediately! This guy is incredibly rude to customers and arrogant! Terrible experience!! This shop did not fix my car correctly and they said if i take it back and claim the warranty that I need to pay for a rented car because they wont cover it even though its their fault the car was not fixed properly in the first place. So now im stuck driving my unfixed car due to them! Terrible business!! I would never recommend this place! Go somewhere else, youll regret dealing with these people! very arrogant and unprofessional! They treat customers like garbage!

I had a minor accident with my new 2010 CTS Cadillac. My experience from start to finish was 5 star. JC Freyre, took care of me professionally. There were some delays with the wrong order of front bumper parts but overall the experience was a lot better than I was anticipating. By the way, when JC called the care rental agency to get me a car, they said they had no vehicles available. The owner, Valentin, got on the phone and before you know it, they found a car for me and Valentin drove me to the rental agency himself. You cant beat the personal service.

I been in the insurance and bodyshop industry for over 10 years, I took my vehicle for repairs to Auto Sport recommended by my insurance company ( offering me warranty on the repairs ). I was treated with a GREAT customer service which is very hard to find in this industry. They explain the repair and overall process of how long and what would be performed on my vehicle excellent. I have nothing further to say, that Auto Sport is and WILL always be my repair facility from now and on. :) thank you all Valentin, Ayle and JC. GREAT SERVICE!!!!!

This body shop is the best I have ever experienced, making repairs that are like factory-new. Not only is the work outstanding, the prices are excellent. Best of all, Valentin and his staff are honest and straightforward. They will help you, not try to take advantage of you, as many other shops do.
