I had $939.00 worth of stuff done . had new tires installed oil changed and brake fluid changed. lets start with time i was told the car would be done at 12pm i said great i didnt recive any call so at 12:30pm i called to check the status luckly i did they wanted to know where my wheel lock was to take off my tire they didnt even start on my car yet and it was past the pick up time. so a new time of 2pm was set oh by the way i droped the car off at 9:30 am so i show up at 2pm the car isnt done. well i wait they bring it out at 2:55pm ok they say its all done. so i walk around the car the tires look good i pop the hood the brake fluid appears new i check the oil it was still my same old oil. how many people check thier oil to see if it has been changed. i bring the dip stick back in the store to show them they said we forgot to change the oil... well they put my car back on the lift and change the oil. i saw hoses hanging from the roof and that is what he filled the oil with so i asked how do you know which oil is which all the handles are the same color the maneger states that the oil from the hoses are all the regular oil. i said thats funny cause i paid for synthetic oil and he filled my car with the hose where is the synthetic oil? in the back it is filled by a jug in the back. so now they put my car back in for another oil change and it was finally done with synthetic oil. so i drive off allready upset and i get on the highway and gues what at 60 my car shakes so the balance is off and now my car pulls to one side it drove strait when i brought it in so now my balance is off and my alignment is off wow i just spent almost 1000 dollars for this.. Be carefull with this shop check everything watch them with the oil people probly pay for synthetic and get regular oil if they even change the oil!!!!!! i just came from the goodyear in culer bay had the oil changed and tires rotated and balanced it was done fast with the right oil and the car does not vibrate at 60 now thanks cutler bay goodyear!

Ive been to this Goodyear in the past with great results but today was a different story. They had a different manger from last time (cant remember his name but he was a short, bald guy) anyway he was very unprofessional and I ended up having terrible experience. - First he accused me of driving with the tire flat which is untrue. Never drove it flat. Woke up to a low tire and swapped it out with my Jeeps full size spare. - Then again he called me over and accused me of damaging my Jeeps air pressure sensor because I drove it flat. I repeated that I didnt drive it flat and that my Jeep is an 06 and doesnt have an air pressure monitoring system. It was obvious he was jumping to conclusions just to sell me a replacement air sensor. - When I told him that he realized he looked stupid as hes supposed to be the professional and then told me flat out. "Sorry Cant fix your flat because it damaged the belt" that was a total lie because he showed it to me and it barely pierced the inside and the screw was in the center of the tire not the sidewall. - to top it all off they wanted to give me back the tire un-mounted. I said they had to give it back to me as I gave it to them. - took it straight to another recognized tire shop and they fixed it right up...no questions asked. Avoid this place until they have new management.

I have used this Goodyear for things like flat repairs, battery diagnostics, and brake services. But this time I went in for a simple oil change and their incompetence showed through. They overfilled it and had white smoke billowing from the exhaust as they drove it up for pick up. They said it had nothing to do with what they did and that an oil change cant cause that. Bullshit. I had to go take it to the dealer to confirm the overfill and get other services done. I no longer trust these guys and who knows if the quality of the other services done were as poor as this one. If you cant do a simple oil change then you dont get my business. For now on I will just do it myself for simple maintenance or go to the dealer for more complicated issues.

I chose to go to this Goodyear out of all in Southwest Miami Dade because of the google reviews. Ive been a few times now and have not had any problems. I met the GM and SM and introduced myself, and explained I need a reliable mechanic. These guys have taken good care of my cars. The key is to do your due diligence, and check your records if they recommend something. Its still a mechanic now matter how great. Also if your worried about paying to much for routine service, specify that you want to know your pricing options. 2017 update: Richard is fantastic! He brings a hometown mechanics mentality to your routine service needs. I have all my service done here for all my cars. I also recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I have taken my 07 Honda into this Goodyear location several times. Each time I have been shown excellent customer service. Most recently I visited for a routine checkup and worked with Javier and Joshua. Both were excellent employees who made sure my car was in safe condition and gave me a great deal in a timely manner. I am very pleased and consider this the only location in which I will take my car. I have been to several other service centers in the past and they always try to hustle me (seeing that I am a younger female) but this Goodyear location treated me with the utmost respect. Thank you Javier and Joshua!!!!!!

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES go to this store. They are incompetent. They changed the oil on my car and cross-threaded the oil pan drain plug when they screwed it back in. It cannot be removed now so now I have to go and buy a new oil pan and pay hundreds of dollars to have it installed on the car because the oil plug cannot be removed. They ruined it and the oil pan. When I called to complain about it the manager hung up on me. I called their corporate office to complain and they said the store isnt responsible.

They use the cheapest possible parts from a manufacturer that Goodyear has a contract with and then they give you the run around about the parts being normal ( characteristic of said parts) .
