2013 Audi A5 I had the lovely misfortune of a parking lot hit and run at Dolphin Mall after only owning my car for about a month. (I love Miami drivers) I started researching all types of body shops in Miami especially ones that specialize in luxury vehicles and I came across European Auto Motors. This place definitely is worth giving a try! These people use attention to detail and definitely are perfectionists. The body work came out excellent as if nothing ever happened. Also, the time of the repair and the cost was very reasonable, it only took 2 days and they cleaned my car. I dealt with Jonathan the whole time and he is very nice and professional! These people truly care about their business.

Dont go there, Long problem, after changing for the second time, the same problem came back, I decide to take to the dealer and have to pay again to find out the problem was a very small filter the took me 90 days to resolve and over $ 3000. I was lucky that he is not my doctor, if was , I will be dead by now, There is a big difference betwing a mechanic in a part changer, the mecanic will do an diagnostic before fixing, the part changer will get you money first, and if after changing the problem dtill there , then he will start changing more parts making you think that is something rare happening with your car. Dont trough your money way, you have a choice there is 1000 other shops.

The shop was great. I originally came in for what I thought was an alternator issue, but also needed the battery replaced since it had not been charging for a while. Alternator works beautifully and very quiet. The battery I was going to be given had been on the shelf for maybe a month too long and Jonathon said no way, ill get you a fresh battery. He promptly ordered one and it was there within the hour. great service, friendly atmosphere and best of all clean and pure quality. Thanks guys. No more looking for auto repair services for my bimmer. After several tries here and there with the same results, I found the best place. They are very knowledgeable and organized. The place is the opposite from the prototypical garage image. And best of all, I doubt anyone could find better price for their service. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone
