I have been going to West Broward Auto for many years and have always been extremely satisfied, both with the service and just as important, with the way I am treated. David is an extremely honest man and came highly recommended to me and I have never been sorry to bring my cars there. He helped me to keep my older car on the road safely without having to go overboard on the work. Everyone there is always polite and its great to have a mechanic I feel I can trust! I dont know what the problem was with the person who said stay away from there; perhaps he had a mis-communication.

This is why Dave and West Broward has such a great following - I needed a flat tire plugged for a friend who broke down while visiting me - brought the tire in, plugged and inflated in less than 15 minutes - when it was done Dave looked at me and asked whether I was just rolling it out, when I said yes - he told me to go at no charge! I fully expected to pay something, it little things like this that bring me back with not only my car but reccomend everyone I know in the area to use West Broward. More businesses need to learn how to build such good repeat business relationships.

We have been using West Broward Auto Repair in Sunrise for over 15 yrs now. David (the owner) is one of the best guys in the industry I have ever dealt with. He is reliable, friendly, fast and most importantly to me, honest. There are a lot of Auto Repair Shops in the Sunrise area, with a lot of great auto mechanics but I can not say enough good things about West Broward Auto Repair. If you need car repair work done I highly recommend that you visit them and ask for David. Its never fun having to have your car repaired but I always leave happy.

you get what you pay for! I was recommended to them by a former co-worker after I had taken my car to a different mechanic shop and was ripped off. I found them to be very nice, very informative, and very helpful. As far as pricing goes, any shop has a standard labor charge of $99.00 so whatever the PARTS ARE + THE LABOR IS WHAT YOU WILL PAY! IVE NEVER BEEN OVERCHARGED! Their turn around time is extremely fast, and they treat their customers like people! Ive been going for the over two years now and would recommend anyone to go there!

David and the folks at West Broward always offer efficient, courteous, and affordable service. Ive been taking my car there for service for over two years, and have always been treated with fairness and honesty. My first visit was to correct a radiator hose repair that Pep Boys had done incorrectly - they tightened the hoses and topped off the fluids in the car for NO CHARGE, and billed me only after I ordered another part that needed to be replaced. I would recommend this shop to anyone I know - Ill never take my car anywhere else!

Charged me a $100 for checkup - which is fine but gave me an estimate for the job that had a charge for "labor only" of almost $100. Problem is....it was only a 5 mins job - that I did myself. I wasnt going to give this place a bad review but when I saw all those comments here as how fair this place is - made me write all this to clear this misconception. They are EXTREMELY NICE people but they are really expensive.

I love them! David is super nice and professional. He checked my car for a general review.They fixed a few issues that the car had and left it feeling like new even though its 2004. I think the price for fixing the car is fair and Davids attention and his team are more than amazing. I trust them and feel they are good and honest people. I recommend them!

Unbelievable bad customer service do not recommend that anyone take their car to these guys unless you want to be ripped off and treated like crap. Its people like this that give mechanics a bad name. Rating on Angies List is really good but must be by family members of this shop.
