I took my truck in the shop to get injectors replaced and I told them to replace my lower intake and upper intake they never replaced it they gave me my car back with water still leaking I put it back in shop I replace all injectors with a non brand Hoping it would work and they say 2 were bad then they say all my original ones are bad to which I dont beleave I drought my truck in with 3 bad injectors they say they charged me 700 withoil change and o2 sensor replaced, so they ask me can you bring the 2 injectors you have and so I did I got there I ask so witch ones are bad he said just one and I ask his machanic if he fixed the other and said yes so ask him to replace it while I was there and when he started truck it still had a misfire they insisted to get my truck out there shop that is not a misfire and that it was an injector the owner said at this point Im getting to answers someone is lieing and so I ask him what it can posabley be while I and my truck were being pushed out the shop they told me the Cadillac converter and not a positive answer I felt in the dark then ask me to pay him another 500 dollars after not fixing a thing I tell you they are unprofessional with issues like these so I took my truck home after only paying him 200 the last visit with out fixing a thing on my truck, I got my truck scanned again when my engine light came on and I had the very same codes I brought my truck in for a misfire and o2 sensor , I now have no job because of this issue and no transportation I am now looking for a new job and a new machanic to fix my truck so that I may have transportation to find a new job, and another thing just like you screwed me God will take back what was never yours and never deserve I dont beleave because of your lack of troubleshooting and problem solving ,lies and dirty customer serves was not professional all. I got and update on the root issue of misfire there was a washer inside the with the spark plug it feels like they set me up to keep my truck in I will never trust theses people they will take all you have and run you to the ground .

I have no idea what is wrong with the guy who wrote that post, but I can tell you that Auto Dynamics is awesome. Ive been taking my cars to them for more than 3 years. I learned about them because I wanted a stereo installed in my Eclipse. The manager was really nice and squeezed me in to have the install done. They never pushed me to buy their products, I brought my own equipment and thats what they installed. The installer was really great, he taught me how to use everything and made sure that I was happy before I left the shop. They guarantee their work too. I had an issue with the amp cutting out and I took my car back. I had the same installer and it was a simple fix. I didnt get charged another fee, but I did have to buy an new amp. The thing is, they didnt try to "upgrade" me and coerce me into something expensive and unnecessary. They gave me a comparable product because thats what I could afford. I think somehow the manager knew that I was strapped for money and he was kind of enough to suggest products in the same price range to save me from embarrassment, Ill never forget that. I have taken my cars to them ever since then. They do all kinds of stuff. Ive had my brakes done, oil changed, motor replacement, clutch replacement, you name it. Did I mention this I had an Eclipse? Never again, but I digress. The point is, the review that the previous person wrote is bogus. This is a really, really great shop. They have a lifelong customer with me, my family, and my friends.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with them. I brought my car there for then to fix an after market radio I had connected. The man who handled it did such an awful job I actually wanted to cry when I saw my car. first off he damged my dashboard then LIED about it claiming it was damaged already which it wasnt they pulled out the ac vent which caused the airbag light to come on(it didnt have to come out) now it cost $100 for the dealership to take the light off. He broke the air condition vent tried to glue it back which looked worst he cut the carpet between my trunk and back seat. I dare then to contest this review anyone who wants proof and evidence I will send the photos of the damage he did to my car also i had lots of stuff in my way like amps equalizer etc to make my base stand out and this dude took it all out my sound system sound so bad the factory radio sounds better he only knows how to do basic 123 install he does not know how to do complex system. i am so disappointed in this he ruined my car. he dig out my dashboard for what reason i dont know. he agree to replace the ac vent but what about my dashboard and carpet. i will never bring my car to him he bit off more then he could chew. i hate your company

What is most surprising is that myself nor anyone in my shop seems to remember working on your car. Much less with you leaving here upset and parts broken. After questioning everyone that works here, I checked my computer system for your name and I have no records of doing business with you. I pride myself on not having dissatisfied customers and your experience was over the top. I even took the extra step and called my good friends at Coggin Honda, to ask about any complaints they may have received and they too couldnt find your name as a customer. Referred here by a good friend. Needed timing belt changed and a few minor repairs. The service took a little longer than expected, but I was ok with that. Last minute replacement to my rubber coolant hose. On the way to work, my engine overheated due to the coolant hose breaking off. This inevitably led to a tow and a new radiator. Then my engine began overheating and they found out I needed a new head gasket. In the end, I spent another 1.5k in engine repairs and unfortunately my car doesnt seem to the run the same. I gave up on the vehicle and purchased something new. Not a good experience here.

This is my number one shop. After years of going from shop to shop, I can confidently say that this is THE place that I can go to and not have to worry about being given the runaround. These guys will HONESTLY (which is the biggest problem with auto shops as we all know) tell you whats wrong, what needs to be fixed immediately, and what can wait if you dont have the funds to fix it all in one shot. They are straight to the point, down to earth, and dont pressure or talk down to you. If you need honest, quality service , this is definitely the place to be.
