I was once a loyal customer until they took a little too much off the top. Youll call in and reach Tony or Eddie. The price they tell you it will cost will actually be 1.5 times what youre actually paying. I called in to ask for the price of a regular oil change and was told "Around twenty bucks." (This is designed to make you come in, thinking youre getting a great deal). Their out the door price for an oil change is actually $31.95 not $20.00. I have a bitter taste in my mouth because of multiple incidents of dishonesty like this. Call ahead to know your "out the door" price that you will be paying.

I called around to get a price on putting a new belt on my Ford Explorer. Quality was second lowest and was only off $5. Goodyear tried ripping me off by more than $60! Anyway, these people called me back pronto and told me they could get me done in an hour. I went in and was out in less than 28 minutes! The people were friendly and honest and the price was what they promised! I couldnt be happier with their fast, friendly service!

Spent over $1100 to have car completely stop running and junked a few weeks later. I was charged for a part they told me I wouldnt be charged for, then I was eventually refunded the generous sum of $20. One of the mechanics walking through while I was there told me he had them "running around like chickens with their heads cut off". Well it showed with their work here. Used to trust this place, not after this hack job. ZERO STARS

Ive been waiting for 3 hours. Currently sitting in Quality Auto Service waiting for a radiator cap. Was told 20 minutes initially. Then, "under an hour hopefully". When I ask for an update after an hour, I was told "hell be here when he gets here." Its been 3 hours now, and Ive just been told "itll be another 45 minutes." Thats just about 4 hours of waiting. Thanks, Quality Auto! (sarcasam, I am severely upset and frustrated.)

Dropped my car off at 9:30am was told work would be done same day. Had to call them at 4:45pm to see how much and when it would be ready. They told me 5:30. Then called me back right away to say work hadnt even been started. I had to pull teeth to get the quote for the repair. Went next morning to get the car and was charged $20 more than originally quoted. Not friendly at all,NEVER again!

Have tried 4 times to get a car inspection for new insurance company.I have been told 4 times that cause our fax isnt working now for 5 days we are not doing inspections.I went to gieco today and they say i can bring it directly to them but owner refuses to help im very dissapointed

Very good quality repair shop with fair pricing. I had full brake job done and also front end stabilizer & sway bar replaced. Very satisfied, Tony the service manager is very good. They have a night box for drop offs also.
