Rating: 2.5 out of 5 -- Average My mentality is if you treat those who serve you with respect, they will treat you well. That being said, the staff were very courteous and even indulged me when I asked to speak with a lead tech concerning mounting options for TPMS on custom wheels (that I plan on doing in the future). The reason for my average rating is due to the wait time. If I would have been told they were understaffed, I would have came back another day. Instead I waited 2.5 hours for mounting and balancing tires. To put that in perspective, I have mounted and balanced my tires using the Military hobby shop in about an hour. And I am a complete novice with the machines. I feel bad for the hard working techs, but if you are swamped just please let me know! In terms of quality, the tires were mounted well, and my rims are not scratched. --AG

Rated quality low due to "Up-selling" practice. I asked for a brake evaluation and they gave me a "free vehicle inspection" where they noted $1350 more in repairs they recommended. Their recommendations were 30,000 miles ahead of manufacturers recommendations. Although the tech noted the recommended mileage on the inspection form(which I noticed at checkout), the sales staff failed to mention that it was ahead of what is required/recommended when he called to say what repairs were needed. Bottom Line: would not send non-mechanically inclined person to this shop as they would likely try to up-sell or oversell what is required. Trust is the most important part of car repair and Firestone proved to be untrustworthy.

I have been helped by both Rich and Troy at this location. They are both very friendly and have helped me so much. Service is a bit slow but its worth it when the job is done right. I came in to have a set of wheel locks replaced and they did it for me free of charge. I didnt even have any other services done that day. all i did was tip the mechanic. Ive gone to Tire Kingdom on pines and 172nd and regretted so much that i didnt stick to my usual place, Firestone on Dykes. I get my tires replaced and have my life time alignment plan with them. is250

Sold me a set of new tires but neglected to mention that one of my wheels was bent! Took vehicle back for a rebalance and they wouldnt even offer a free rebalance on brand new FIRESTONE tires with less than 50 miles on them! Found out when I took the car to a different tire shop that my wheel was bent and they didnt even mention it! Unbelievable that they would just give a customer their car back, alleging to have mounted and balanced new tires, when in fact one of the wheels was dangerously out of round!! This could have caused a major accident!

Warning warning warning. I got This place at 2:00pm for a alignment. I left the store at 6:30 they did nothing the whole time I was there. They move customers ahead of you. They work SLOW. They said "your next for an alignment" turns out they moved 2 cars ahead of mine they couldnt even tell me that looked and saw for myself. I will never ever as long as Im alive go back to ANY Firestone.other customers were there complaining about the same things I stated and also left. Dont go there!!!!!!!!!!!! !!

I wish google had Negative stars. Dropped off my wifes car for a new tire install and an alignment this weekend at 10 AM - Received the car at 5:30 PM. Long story short, they did not perform the aliment (confirmed by corporates records) and in addition they took the car for a joy ride and went through my wife personal belonging and shuffled them. I wonder if they messed my baby seat too. Ill have to check that now. Stay away from this location !!!! Not trust worthy, poor service.

My mother had her car serviced there for a simple oil change on her honda civic. They used the wrong filter which was half the size of the OEM honda filter, and the threads on the firestone brand filter were the wrong size. The stud which goes into the filter from the mount on the vehicle came off the filter due to the improper threading and was not able to extract the part from the filter. Made a 5 minute oil change a total pain in the backside.

Took car in for oil change and to have tire repair that had a slow leak. The tire repair was $30. It seemed bit high but got a coupon for $19 oil change. I was told that the other tire also was leaking. That it has a nail, it seem odd since i had been monitoring the other tire for the past month. I cant proof that anything malicious was done but it seems odd !!!

I walked in and was not acknowledged. Dude was talking on the phone and ignored me. After 15 mins of standing.. he asked what I wanted. SMH. Im sure these guys do a good job because of the positive reviews...but please step up your customer service experience. Its poor.

My boyfriend brought our car here to get a 19point inspection. He had an appointment at 10am and it is now 2pm and they still havent brought our car back to inspect it. This is rediculous! 4 hours to do something that take 45 mins tops! Never coming back there again

Terrible....over 6 hours for tires to be replaced....ruined my battery....I watched as they took over an hour and 30 minutes to do 2 tires...never again...I know now why they have low customer counts

We took my car in for an oil change and when we drove back home it felt like riding a horse they completely ruined my car DO NOT GO THERE EVER EVER EVER NOT EVEN A OPTION I cant even afford to fix it

Bunch of idiots. They have no idea what theyre doing. Theyll rip you off. Told me to fix power steering would be 1100. After taking it to another mechanic he charged me 400 to fix it. SCUMBAGS

Professional and friendly people. I had all four tires done here, and their prices beat everyone in the area by about 15%. This is definitely a great option to consider for tires.
