Read please and DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! The worst place ever! I went to this Coral Springs location because it is near my house and because the prices. When I went there to get only two new rear tires, my appointment was at 10am on a saturday and was 12 noon and my car was still not ready after a few minutes past noon some guy came out to yell me the one of my studs broke, which I understood, my car is old and that had happened before; but not only that they said they will try to fix it, at around 1 pm they came to me saying that the studs that they were trying to replace wont work for not known reason. I went to buy it myself and didnt work either, so the only solution was for them to put a new hub and stud which the price was like I was getting all 4 tires. After I decided that it was the only solution they told me my car has to stay over night because the parts will come next they from thire Miami warehouse. Seriously? The only reason I left my car there was because there was no way to drive it. Went to pick it up next tay at noom and drove it home and it feels fine, next monday on my way to work I noticed my car was pulling to the left side, called them and explained all and they said was normal because I only got two new tires, despite that at the end of my day I went to the shop it was 6pm , explained all one more time and the guy who spoke to me was very nice and all he said was "we can not take you at this time, make an appointment for tomorrow" I said ok tomorrow at ypm that is the only time I can. He said ok. Went back next day at my appointment time and guess what? They said they were too busy to take me. Are you kidding me! I had to go back the following saturday with a 8 am appointment. All was done after an hour and a halhf but to my surprise my car now shakes when I drive it and it pulls a little to the right now. I decided not to go back, it is no worth to waist my energy in getting furious when obviously they have not idea of what they doing. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!

Not very happy with my experience. I went in for a coolant exchange and flush, the website stated that my starting price would be 60 when I finish the job they charged me $107. The first guy I met there knew what he was talking about very nice and all, said max 1hr and 30 mins, I even called a day a head to confirm that. I sat there for 3 hours for a job that doesnt take that long and still had to pay full price for the labor.... I literally was in a room by myself, five people showed up and they left before me... So when I noticed my car wasnt there anymore I assume they were done (you know when they bring your car back to the parking lot) I went outside to look for and it still wasnt there. Now it should only take ten minutes to check if my engine coolant is working fine. I was checking the time and it was gone for 30 minutes, when it came back to the garage it sat for another 20 mins while the person who was driving my car spoke with the next manager on duty about something for a while. I told them I noticed my car was gone and that I had half a tank in gas that i put in beforehand yet the guy smirked and tried to brush it off, I mentioned it again and he says they test it for like 5 mins stop sign to stop sign. I am not stupid like come on now . I got in my car it was a quarter of a tank left and I live literally down the street (royal palm and riverside), when I got down there my gas was on E. My first experience was great with my oil change but when you lie in my face about something I noticed then we have problems. I want my gas back, I am not rich.

I would tell anyone n everyone do not go here! go anywhere else but this location ...I went for my 4 wheel bearings to be done over $1000.00 later the disk and cylinders where the only things done they never did my rear bearings only my front and put new disk in the back n told me it was done 3 times I went back because alignment wasnt done because the disk was damaged and had the bearing completely break needless to say I almost lost control with my 6yr old and 2 yr old in my car because they didnt do the job I paid for and went back for 3 times mind u it took over 6 hours each time I went there! And there was no sence of urgency for me especially when I was there again because they did the jobs wrong! They give an attitude when u tell them too !I may be a female, but im not stupid I know cars and wldve done this myself if I had the right tools !these guys did a half ass job and it almost my kids and my life ...DONT GO HERE BEWARE!!!

I honestly do not know how to begin. My cars MAF sensor caused a check engine light and my car began to run terrible. I felt like it was going to break down if i drove anything close to fast. Financially I am not in a position to pay for the $100 replacement part. I am transferring to UCF and have to drive up there to deliver transcripts at the cost of fuel which adds up to almost 100$. Frosty helped me and offered a price match discount. I can not thank him and the company he works for enough for what he did. It wasnt what he did as so much how he did it. His courteous, professional, and selfless attitude is what I truly appreciated. I have always found the prices and customer service from an auto parts store like Pepboys to be superior to the rest, but today I was only reassured that I am doing business with the right people. Once again thank you Frosty! And thank you Pepboys!

My husband needed someone to diagnosed the AC. We decided to make an appointment to Pepboys at Coral Springs. We brought the car 10:00AM and left 3:40 PM. Not only they didnt know whats going on AC but also the Anti-lock and power brake didnt work as well( Brakes worked fine before). The ride was bumper to bumper and hit every traffic light applied the emergency brakes. Almost We had an accident near a collision (Irony) .Since we couldnt stop suddenly, commuted with opening space 6 car rows in a wide open road. Near intersection was tricky, everyone wanted to jump in front of us .... We dont live far away, 30 min ride. We got home in 1 hour( at least we got safe). The mechanic was nice but I wouldnt recommend this place. Never again.Not charge applied. P.S: I should have read the recent reviews; I learnt my lesson the next time.

So this is the second time that we take a car to this location and they tell us that the car needs hundreds of dollars of work but they neglect to see that the fuses in the fuse box are in there with aluminum foil and tell us that there is nothing wrong electronically with the van. Also, they say that the van is leaking oil but to our surprise we have never seen any oil on the ground where he parks all the time. Also, stated that we need two new back tires and shocks which we know we need shocks but the tires are new. Amazing how they see all that is not wrong with the vehicle that to them is damaged. DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION...THEY ARE RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF...NEVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN AND WILL LET EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO GO THERE EITHER!!!! GARBAGE SERVICE!!!!
