Got a great price for tires on my truck. Was then talked in to an aliment on my truck. The tech was new and appeared to have never done an aliment. took a trip to Tampa the next day and had a bad shake in the front end. Stopped at 2 pep boys on the way home. The first one didnt have time or even wanted to look at my truck. The 2nd one looked at my truck and the hubs where shot. I am not blaming pep boys for the hubs but you cannt do an aliment without checking everything. It took the 3rd pep boys 5 mins to find the issue. I wouldnt let them touch a gocart.

Ive been having work done here on my car for the past 2 years and have not once had a bad experience. Their extended hours are wonderful for those of us that work late. I came in for the first time at 7:30pm after they closed up with a tire going flat, with no charge and no assurance I would come back they put my spare on for me and gave me a quick assessment on the spot. Ive been back a number of times and their service has always been top notch at reasonable prices and honest assessments. Truly appreciated.

Customer Service CAN NOT BE BEAT. From the manager to the techs, great service and attitudes across the board. Extremely accommodating. Took a look at my tire and let me know the issue right on the spot. Listened to me and even chatted with me. Extremely pleased. Went out of their way to get my part in and get it on my car the same day. Worked to find me the best deal. Theyve got a lifelong customer in me.

They were very quick with my new tires and very affordable. They are very honest and did not try to up sell me on something I didnt need. I feel like I could trust them with any family member and would recommend them to friends as well. Chris was the one we dealt with and he was very good from start to finish. Im not used to having this kind of experience from a car shop so I will definitely recommend

This place is great! They were overbooked for duplicate appointment but still got everything done. Chad got me a bunch of discounts and savings, and Richie was quickly at work on my car. Overall A++ experience and highly recommend. This was my first time at Pep boys and Ill definitely be using them again in the future.

Had a nail in my tire causing a very slow leak. called ahead and was told patches are $20. sounded reasonable. showed up, dropped off the car and went for an enjoyable walk down town. came back and was told there was no charge. they pulled the nail and plugged the leak, but no charge...? WOW love this place now.

Awesome customer service. Chad was great, we pulled in right before closing needing a new battery before a long trip up north the next day. He gave us a great price and quickly installed it while our tired, hungry kids waited comfortably in the car. Thank you Chad and Pep Boys!
