Anywhere you go to have service done for the first time is a crap shoot. I didnt read any reviews until I went to post this one. Im glad I didnt, because I would have passed on great service from these guys. Kudos to Harley. Went in on a Saturday afternoon with a slow leak and they were very slammed. Harley told me it would be "probably a good hour and a half before I can get to it. Im really sorry.". I asked when they opened on Sunday and went back right at 8 a.m. Harley got the guys on it right away and I was out in less than 30 minutes for a tire patch, including dismounting and remounting the tire. You get what you give in life. I dont know the attitudes of the people who post bad reviews, and theres just no pleasing some people. I would send my 79 year old mother here without batting an eye. Theyre my shop from now on.

Went to these guys for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised by the reception from John the service writer who explained they had a $19.99 special on a semi-synthetic oil change. Have a trip back to Atlanta and had them go over the car and was told everything was straight except for a wobbly harmonic balancer which they told me still had a few months and to not worry about. What impressed me is they didnt charge me any extra for the inspection AND rotated my tires and cut of a piece of an exhaust flange that was rattling at NO Extra charge. Fast Friendly and very knowledgeable (the tech just graduated from First Coast Technical Institute), being new to this area, these guys earned my trust and my business!

A tire blow up. Mother with two little kids was able to get to a nearest shop driving on a rim. People at that shop agreed to replace a tire free of charge but did not have a proper key to put a spare on. They called around and found a key a couple of miles away. Tire Plus had had it. Not only that… they also have a manager who refused to help. “I don’t nourish competition,” he said. The girl had no choice but towing the car to Tire Plus ($100 and several hours delay). Congratulations Tire Plus! You forced a sale! Dear friend, don’t encourage ignorance and greed… but kindness and compassion. There are many places around that offer good service for the same price or even cheaper.

Went in for tune up oil change and 4 new tires. PRIOR to goin to Tires Plus I went to a different mechanic who told me my car looked great! And commended me on how well it was taken care of, he said Id all i needed was a tune up and that my brakes looked great. Since we needed tires we decided to take it to Tires Plus and get everything at once. when I left tires plus my rotars were shaking really bad and my car started to run weird. for my next oil change I went back to my regular mechanic and he said my rotars were warped and the oil filter the put on my car before going to tires plus was still on there. I will never go back to Tires plus.

The work on my car was great. My issue was with the store manager. He was calling his employees retarded in front of costumers. He speaks to everyone with a sarcastic overtone that makes him feel that he is permitted to talk down to people and insult them. The place was also very dirty, including the water fountain which I hope no one drinks from. I dont know if I want to bring my business back to a manager that treats people like dirt.

My Diesel Excursion belt tensioner went while on a trip to St Augustine Florida on Memorial day their was not a Ford Dealership repair center open within 150 miles. I went to Tires Plus in St Augustine at 8:15 in the morning to see if they could swap it out. They did a good job getting us back on the road by 10 am and we made it the 300 miles home without any issues.

Carlos was excellent! Had an emergency punctured tire and his staff did everything they could to help me. Unfortunately they didnt have the part needed to fix it, (it was a manufacturer part that was supposed to be in the car) but they certainly tried. I will definitely keep Tires Plus St Augustine on my list of go to businesses.

It seems like every time we take our car in for service, there are hundreds of dollars of "recommendations". After several times and $$$ we got wise and took our vehicle to another shop for a second opinion. Twice we found the recommendations were unfounded. We have lost all of our trust and confidence in Tires Plus.

Pulled in on Sunday ten minutes before their closing time with brake lights not working on my camper trailer. They didnt hesitate to take a look and after 15 minutes they solved the problem by replacing a fuse by the battery and refused payment. Jolly good fellows for helping a traveler in need. Thank you and props!

Came in here to get an estimate on new tires. Everyone was friendly and only had to wait a couple of minutes. After getting the estimate, they were $125 more then the last place we went too on a set of 4 tires. Seems like a nice place, but do shop around for prices. You can do better then this place.

Cannot do a simple alignment or install dust shields properly. As soon as I pulled off I could here my dust shields rubbing. Nothing but excuses instead of solutions. Tried to sell me parts that are not necessary. Dont waste your time or money with these people.

We picked up a piece of metal in our back tire. Luckily the Tires Plus in St Augustine was 500 ft ahead. Carlos got a tire and the techs worked quickly to getus going again. First time at tjis Tires Plus and I was throughly pleased, wont be my last!

Only one here been waiting 2 hours for oil change and rotate Man came out an hour ago showed me a nail and said it was in my tire and it cost me twenty dollars more now! Ill go to walmart nex time
