Brian Decker blessed us with his TIMELY arrival..precluded by a phone call in advance. This gentleman went above and beyond the the call of duty. He was respectful and extremely sympathetic regarding our financing..(or lack thereof). Brians creative and adamant efforts concerning financing were as if he wera trying to obtain same for himself or a dear relative. We have never had the privilege, prior to today, of doing business with someone who treated us like family. On a scale from 1 - 10..WE GIVE BRIAN A 12. When I started to cry because we couldnt get financed and he ran out of options..the look on his face...well, lets just say Im not sure who felt worse. Attention BEST HOME SERVICES 888-670-BEST. You need to keep this employee happy and well paid. I am a retired General Manager of a a Marina and absolutely know how hard it is to find, muchless KEEP. Great Employees. And no he is not still here nor does he know what I have posted. In closing I would also like to compliment Diane. I had inadvertently dialed the wrong number. So when I told her the name of the plumber that was referred by the Manager of the Park where I reside..well..lets just say say she made every effort to try to make an appointment with one of her extremely skilled and professional technitions. She also succeeded in making an additional appointment for a free electrical checkup. So Thank You All. Wish we could have worked out some in house financing...but we understand. Honest & patient service! We had several local companies come out to give us their bids and opinions on replacement of our aging A/C system. Everyone seemed to have a different opinion until we contacted Best Home Services. Nathan Rowe recommended getting a thorough check-up to see where were stood and gave us some figures on a replacement system. John Howe came out and completely diagnosed our entire system with photos so we could see what was up in the attic and helped us to make an informed decision as to how to proceed. When we did decide to replace the system, including the 37 year old ductwork, Best was prompt with the service. The crew of Josh McEachin, Wes Sutter, Chad Peters and Joe Philippe were fabulous and very detail oriented. They even swept out our entire garage when they were done! Thanks also to Drew Kernick who very patiently went over some glitches in our thermostat and Amanda, Teresa and Corinne in the office who were so helpful on the phone during this process. This is a huge purchase for any homeowner and I would highly recommend Best Home Services before you settle for less!

The service from the time I made the initial contact to the service itself and the follow up was second to none. Very professional and honest. I used BEST Services because we had a warranty repair through an item we purchased at Lowes and they assigned BEST services. I felt that if Lowes uses them they have to be good. I used them for an AC repair and was very much impressed with their professionalism and honesty. There is no reason to use anyone else. For now on should I need any repairs I can not only trust BEST services in regards to their expertise and quality but also in regards to pricing. I feel I can have BEST services just do what is necessary and give me the invoice (although they will let you know the cost first). They are looking for a lifetime relationship and they certainly earned mine. They will not take advantage. I would give them 110 stars if there was such a thing.

we had the worst experience with best home services this morning the tech was suppose to assess the problem for $19 he never assessed anything then he said it will cost $260 to clear all the lines because we had a clogged sink we said ok he ran the snake through the kitchen line but the sink was still clogged we asked him to run the snake through the other 2 lines he said he is not going to do that then he left . we still have a clogged sink . normally most plumbers will do all lines for $200. we do not recommend this company .Another thing thats wrong with this company is when we talk to their representatives every one tells us something different about the $19 estimate one tells us for assessing the problem and another one tells us it is just for showing up to your doorstep i would pay that if the problem was fixed but in my case it was never fixed.

$19 estimate is a hoax and prices are outrageous! Im a real estate agent and have bought and sold homes for over 30yrs. My estimate was $68 because tech needed to do "advanced diagnostics" meaning check connections. Then told me it would be $1100 to run a new line, less than 20 ft. of wire. He said though, if he was able to see the disconnect easily, it would only be around $400. NO way! I asked if anyone ends up getting their estimate for $19 as advertised; he said "Oh sure, I had one yesterday (Sat)" as if that were a rousing endorsement....Id call it bad odds. Tech was polite and professional, apologized that he was bound by rates determined by company. I understand that the $19 is a teaser rate, but youd expect a reasonable estimate. The tech spent more time writing up my ticket than he did on diagnosing the problem. Stay away from this company!!!!!

Upon contacting Best home Service to do some electrical work at my residence . I was Contact by Mark S who set up my appointment and came to the home on time, giving me a estimate on the work I wanted done, that I felt was reasonable, Mark was very knowledgeable of 4 diff issue that I needed to have completed . Mark S was very pleasant to talk to and have a conversation with, while he went about installing several electrical items throughout my home . I was very please with he knowledge and job skills. I am having him come back with a few weeks to complete another electrical issue that needs to be addressed. I highly recommend Mark S and the company he works for be considered for any household services that made be needed.

An email was sent prior to the appointment describing high expectations of professionalism and courtesy. These were met and surpassed by the technician who arrived to service my AC systems. All steps were explained and questions thoroughly answered. He showed respect to my home and family while working continuously . At the conclusion I was given a detailed report of my system including several options for necessary repairs without any pressure. Fred Henderson represented Best home services in an exemplary manner and will use and recommend this company in the future. This was my second great experience in less than a week. Reasonably priced and quick reliable service that is sorely lacking today.

The plumbing service we had performed was associated with our toilets in that it was leaking between the tank and the bowl. The Best representative arrived on time as scheduled and carried out the repairs in a timely and professional manner. During the process he asked if we had another toilet of the same vintage and we did. He then went ahead and checked the condition of the connection and found it to be in a similar state at which time we asked him to take the same action on it so that we would not wind up with a flood on our hands. All in all it was a pleasurable experience and will definitely use Best Plumbing for our future needs.
