What a breath of fresh air! We had called no less than 10 local electricians, of which only 2 called us back and when they did come out for estimates, they never called to let us know the quote. We almost gave up, then we called Bruce even though he is much further from our house...he came within a few days and gave us a great quote quickly! He is very knowledgeable and kind and considerate of our time! We are so pleased with the neat job he left and he was so generous with his time. We have no hesitation in recommending him for a job and look forward to working with him again!

I am very pleased the work Bruce Evans and his son Matt did for me. I had them wire up an outdoor bath house. Lights and outlets. I also had them run electric to another building. He was very professional. He came out in a very timely fashion to look over my needs. He delivered a quote to me the later in the same day. They then schedule the work with me to be done. They came as scheduled, and completed the work in one day. They cleaned up the area nicely. I highly recommend Evans Residential. I will be happy to use them again with other projects I may have.

Bruce Evans was the general contractor on renovating our 43-year-old rental condo. He is highly skilled in everything needed for building and remodeling. He and his helper were prompt and efficient, cleaning up the area each day so our tenant wouldnt have a mess around her while the week-long project was going on. We are extremely happy with Bruces work and will definitely hire him again for anything else we need. We have the added bonus of finding a great electrician.
