I went here to mount and balance some new tires on some rims and then have them installed on my car. i brought my 1994 Acura Integra here. It took them maybe 30 minutes to start working on my car. not bad. As soon as they got my car onto the ramp the technicians Josh and Jeff asked me exactly what i wanted done. After i explained what i needed Josh provided great customer service and got started right away. Jeff on the other hand began insulting my car right in front of me. Jeff said "Man we cant work on this car take this thing to a mom and pop shop. get this car outta here." i was highly offended and shocked. Jeff continued insulting my car right in front of me. Jeff complained about my car and refused to work on it. After being treated this way i spoke to the manager (John). John was great. he took care of me. ensured my car was worked on properly and was able to get a different automotive tech to work on my car. Three great guys at this place are John, Josh, and Cornilyus. Thank you guys for helping me out and providing outstanding customer service unlike your unprofessional co-worker Jeff. At the end of the day i was happy with the work the did but dissatisfied with how i was treated by jeff. for that reason i rate this place 3/5 stars.

I allays go there because its close to my Home and have good oil change price but every time i go they say 2Hours of waiting first time i refused to wait but 2nd and 3rd times i got the trick ...these people does not want to work and wanna get rid of the customers this time i got the trick and said okay to wait since i have to do some shopping but guess what ? they finish it with 45 Min and when 1.30Min passed i went to check and it was ready with in 45 Min !!! I hope the manager read this review and check by him self to send somebody to check it. its really good place and good price but bad people to serve.

The communication and expertise are lacking. I had a standard oil change and after 45 minutes of hanging out (i was watching and barely any attention was put on the car) one of the "mechanics" comes over to say "have they told you yet, we dont have the part to change your oil". I drive a 2012 RAV4...it isnt a rare car! I can see why these ppl work here. They are not top performers here...they are "bottom performers". If you value your time do not come to this automotive center.

I went in on a Saturday morning. I explained that I needed my valve stem replaced on my Dodge Nirtro. They said it would be a three hour wait. I go back the next morning at 7:30 and they say I have to get a specific valve stem. I drive to an auto parts store to get the valve stem and get back to the auto service department and Ive been sitting in the waiting room for three hours and my car was just brought in the garage. Wont be coming back here again!

I was there 3 days ago and changed two front tires, the guy in front desk ( James) was very helpful for choosing tires. they finished the work in almost 45 minutes. They charged me 184$ after tax. prior to this i got a quote from Tire Plus in Fowler st near USF, for the exact tires they asked more than 400$, maybe they had mire options such as insurance or road side assistance but im sure it doesnt worth paying double!

I went to get a battery replaced. I asked them to also replace the terminals. It took several hours of waiting to get 15 minutes of work done. About a month later the car refuses to start again. I open the hood and find the "mechanic" (I use that term very loosely here) had failed to tighten the bolts that hold the wires to the terminal. I get to miss a day of work because they suck. Avoid them, they have no clue.

They help you without trying to rip you off! They could have tried to take advantage of me being a lady and not knowing what needed fixing and instead they found the problem and fixed it perfectly and affordably. Highly recommended. Thank you and I plan on getting all my repairs done here!

I dropped off my car to change the tires that I bought from Walmart online. The whole transaction was smooth and painless. I shopped while the job was being done and I got a call from the clerk when they were finished. Everyone was frienly and professional and the prices was really good.

Didnt have tools to change the oil in my Corolla. No one bothered to even call me to let me know. If you have a Toyota stay far away. Complete waste of time. What makes it funny is they have changed my oil many times. Makes me wonder if they ever changed my filter. Garbage.

I went to change a flat tire. Service was horrible they treat you like idiots. In previous services I have paid for the warranties and on there computers it shows as I never paid anything. 4 hour wait to change flat tire. 1 star is to high they get 0 star from me.

Came here to get my battery replaced Corniylous was very helpful and took good care of me. He originally said it was a 2hr wait but I was called back in less than Half an hour! He didnt try to sell me anything extra or waste my time. I am Very satisfied!
