Be careful about signing the contract. When I first joined, I had a conversation with Jeremy regarding my temporary residence and how I couldnt sign a year-long contract. He made it clear that it was written in the contract if I move more than 25 miles away, I could cancel the membership without issue. Well, 3 months later I moved away, more than 50 miles from an Anytime location. He required a copy of my new lease or utility bills which I could not provide because neither were in my name. I offered to show all of the following: bank statements, state drivers license, US Passport, and IRS tax return. At the time, he refused all of them. However after a week of "thinking about it" I was graciously granted his permission to cancel my membership with a $100 cancellation fee. I find it interesting that the $100 cancellation fee became a requirement after I needed to cancel, however when we first spoke cancelling would be "no issue." I brought this up however I was told either pay the cancellation or keep paying the membership. It is my opinion that the owners have no desire for anything more than your money. Based on my experience, I dont feel they really care about their customers. For what its worth, the gym itself is clean and well maintained. Equipment is available for use almost all of the time except for after dinner time and sometimes in the morning. I would personally suggest one of the following *no contract* gyms. Meaning, if for whatever reason you dont want to keep your membership or you find a better deal you have the freedom to cancel without hassle: Planet Fitness: $15/m YouFit: $10/m LA Fitness: $99 one time initiation; $29.99/m Workout Anytime: $15/m

Prior to leaving this review, I addressed my issue with CarolAnn Fitzpatrick (co-owner) over 2 months ago. This gym is owned by Jeremy and CarolAnn Fitzpatrick. We were members for over a year. Everything was fine until personal trainer Susannah had a baby and decided to bring her infant (now toddler) child to the gym with her while she works with clients. This child is a normal child, screaming at the top of his lungs while I am trying to do Yoga. I reviewed my contract and it clearly states, "Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted in the CLUB." We sent CarolAnn and Jeremy Fitzpatrick an email the first time this incident happened and the response was, "we have spoken to Susannah previously regarding having her baby at her Training sessions…we have told her that she may need to cancel her PT classes if there is continuous crying or some other disorder in the gym." Over 2 months after my initial email, the rules continue to be broken by personal trainer, Susannah. If you like screaming kids, please by all means join this gym. If you are looking for a gym full of adults, go elsewhere.

Fair membership price at a great location. The gym always stays clean, they have good variety of equipment, the dumbbells go up to 100lbs (quite good for an anytime fitness), and the gymgoers are pretty relaxed. No one stays on a piece of equipment for too long so there is never really a wait. The gym has all the basics you need for a good bodybuilding program plus a little more. The owner of the gym, Jeremy, Is also very nice and is responsive to feedback. 10/10 experience so far!

Very clean gym. Nice owners. I enjoy working out here because they have good quality equipment and it is not always packed. There is normally only a few people in there so you dont have to wait on a bench or machine. Everything is always in good shape and no shortage of weights or dumbbells.

Phenemonal trainers, updated/clean space, and overall best gym I ever signed up for. Engaging and personable owners makes this gym a 2nd home. I highly recommend this gym to anyone. Pro tip: New water massage therapy lounge chairs are a game changer!

Jeremy, the owner, always keeps the place clean during staffed hours; he takes pride in keeping an up-to-date and clean facility. Never overcrowded - though Ive never been during peak time. Friendly staff and people. What more could you ask for?
