** UPDATE- The, I believe owner called me and offered a refund and was extremely nice and apologetic. Apparently the employee did not know how to handle the situation... Took my iPhone 5 in for screen repair. They fixed it and put on a screen protector. 2 days later I noticed a small hair like crack in the screen again. When I called them to see if they could fix it again and they started arguing with me right from the start. We took the phone back in to them so that they could look at it and they were so into their "warranty" and "guarantee" and how they were NOT going to refix the phone because it wasnt "covered" before they even touched the phone. My husband took it to the Apple store and they actually touched it and looked at it. The Apple store employee started laughing and slowly peeled back the phone screen. Apparently the cheap (NOT - $20.00) phone screen the Geeks sold me had cracked from the heat. The Geeks at Geek It caused all this drama and had not even looked at the phone to see what it was!! They should be soooo embarrassed! I definitely would take this as a clue that even if they fix your phone the after care and if you have to take it back for ANY reason there will be drama. Save your time and effort and go somewhere else. There are plenty of places that will fix your phone screens.

Just completed my second in-home service call from this fine company. Not only terrible service, but terrible customer service! We had a typical problem - my wife dropped her cell phone and the screen shattered (the phone still worked at this point). We called and they said they could repair the screen in about 4 hours. After having the phone 4 DAYS, they called and said the phone would not work and WE would have to buy a new one. They broke the phone worse than it was before and wanted us to pay for the increased damage because of their contract. After calling another company, they offered to fix the problem that Geek IT could not solve...and they did it in 45 MINUTES. STAY AWAY FROM GEEK IT UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR ELECTRONICS DAMAGED WORSE THAN BEFORE!!!!!

We have had Courtney out to our house multiple times to install a wireless network in the house as well as an extended network outside around the pool and guest house. He was very professional and despite the usual challenges with technology installation, was able to drive through the issues and got the job done the first time. We also had Courtney come back to clean our gaming computer and optimize its performance...another job well done. Cortney came to my residence this afternoon and just like he did on many, many occasions at my office in the last five years, fixed all my computer related problems in a prompt manner. As a small business owner, I am most impressed and appreciative of such IT related help. I worked both at the office and at home so cant afford for computer issues to keep me offline for too long. I have used Geek It twice now and both experienes have been fantastic! They replaced my broken iphone screen last year, and more recently, fixed my ipad 2. My daughter dropped my ipad and the home button and charging port would not work. Geek It carefully removed the glass and found the problem. The best part was that it cost less than the estimate and the repair was quick. I would definately take any device to Geek It with confidence. The staff was honest and helpful. After the Best Buy folks failed to successfully migrate my Imac to a new laptop (they did refund half my money), I called Geek iT. The response time was nearly immediate, and the solution was completed within 24 hours. It was also very cost effective. Cortney was very thorough and professional, and even took a few minutes to help me understand some of the short cuts to my new Lenovo laptop. Thats real service. I took my working laptop to "Geek it" to help with a virus. I was given an estimate and agreed to the work. Over the next several weeks they revised the quote several times. OK, Im a contractor and I understand. In addition, I was assured everything would work as it did before. However upon getting my computer back, I find I cant access some of my operating system products. Again ok, mistakes happen. I take it back to "Geek It" only for them to tell me that they cant do anything. So for $250 I have a computer that i can not use.

This was my second visit with the geeks. The first was an ipad but this time I got a virus on my laptop. I had something pop up and say I had viruses but then wanted $59 to fix it for me. Sounded fishy so I took it in and sure enough it was a virus (they called it an extort virus). They cleaned my laptop up for me. It took a couple of days but they tested everything to make sure everything else was ok with my laptop before I spent the money on the viruses, which was nice. Im back up and running and everything is working great.

Awesome as always. Alex arrived on time, even a little early, which was terrific. He had heard of my problems before so was able to troubleshoot with speed and accuracy. He helped me get organized, scheduled regular back-ups, and even set up my scanner (which was on a wish list only at this time). Geek iT has saved my bacon on two occasions now. I would recommend them to anyone. Kudos to Geek iT, to Lisa in the office and to Alex for their great work.
