My PC kept locking up and having strange displays appearing on the monitor. It was an intermittent problem that would usually resolve itself after a reboot, but the problem was happening more and more frequently. Even Microsoft Online Service could not figure it out after multiple attempts (and a 1 year service contract, which I did not renew). After just one visit, the rep at PC Repair Shack said he suspected a faulty video card. He did not even want to charge me, because he was not certain, but I replaced the card and have not had any problems since. I would highly recommend giving them a chance to solve a problem with your computer.

My PlayStation 4s HDMI was broken. A guy with awesome flowing hair diagnosed it and fixed it all with in reasonable time. Take into mind they had to order the part all was good in the end and now Im gaming again. These Guys can fix TV, Computers, gaming consoles. Just bring it in great local businesses!!!!

These guys did a good job. Diagnosed it very quickly and got it back within a day or two. Geek squad is a joke compared to these guys. They were nice and talked to me at my noncomputer knowledge level. They were very reasonable priced

We took our sons laptop to be repaired.They diagnosed the problem and replaced the hard drive promptly. It was ready the next day! they were reasonable on their price and I would recommend them.

Service is great. Store appears dishevelled. Guys are nice. I wish it had a not more to offer.
