May 17, 2015 This is just a brief note to convey my highest commendations to Mr. Vincenté, your representative at your store on Fairburn Road in Douglasville, Georgia. During the past 7-8 years, while at your Fairburn Road store, Mr. Vincenté has helped me on a number of occasions with various services and repairs to my laptop and desktop computers. He has always been very pleasant, polite, courteous, kind, patient, attentive, knowledgeable, thorough, trustworthy, reliable, and friendly. He is a nice man; and he is a highly skilled technician. He is definitely an invaluable asset to CPU. While I realize a man of his skills and ability must move up in his field of employment, I hope he can achieve his upward mobility within CPU, and, at the same time, continue to be a part of the CPU store on Fairburn Road. (I dread the thought of having anyone else work on my computers.) Again, my highest commendations, and my highest praises, to, and for, Mr Vincenté. Using a “5 star” scale, I rate Mr. Vincente, and his services, “10 stars” !!!

I accidentally broke my wifes computer by clicking on a popup rendering it absolutely useless.The repair took 2 days, a day longer then the manager quoted because it was more seriously infected than they had realized at first. I was fearful we would lose our photos,documents & other stuffs and this would drive up the cost, BUT NOT SO! These guys were tremendously helpful! CPU Store 1 in Douglasville on Hwy 92 (2062 Fairburn Rd.) is a great location to get computer help and advice. My husband used them and recommended this location to me when I recently had problems with my laptop. I highly recommend them to others because of their honest advice and great service. Vincent is extremely helpful and gave me good information on how to prevent my problem from reoccurring. This is the best place to go for computer issues. Im very glad theyre in our area.

I was extremely impressed with the customer service and attitude - I had a number of issues from malware and they were very helpful and committed to my full satisfaction. This was my 1st experience with them but I will be back any time I need computer services and will be telling my friends and family. In todays culture, it is refreshing to find old fashioned values in play.

These guys are the most professional place when comes to computer repair in douglasville. i have been going to their fairburn rd store since they open the place in early 2000. The tech VIC knows what he is talking about and he got great customer services, their prices are very reasonable. Great job guys!!!!

I took my dead computer to CPU. Within a couple days, Rosa and Tan did an excellent job. It works like new. Their prices are very fair. It is great to have thoughtful and friendly service. I recommend them to anyone needing computer help. They are just simply excellent! A+++

i had a strange problem in my computer. it was loosing internet signal in and out. i took it to them and they found that it was virus problem. They cleaned my computer, did tune up and its been running better than when i bought this computer new. Great jobs. Fair price.

I loved the customer service, there is no part about that place that I didnt like, the employee who assisted me (Vincent) is a cool guy, if I ever need any future repairs this will be the place to go. I recommend this place to any and everyone I give CPU 5 STARS!!!.

i had a nasty virus that locked all my files and was asking for $250. I took it to them and they got it fixed. They only charged me $98 which i think was very fair, they were very nice to me too. Excellent job.
