This is a TERRIBLE service center. The so-called service person, Sam Santos, knows nothing about computers and charges you for him to play guessing games on your precious equipment. Dont let the name fool you. Skip this service center at all costs--literally--costs.

Excellent service - just a few hours turnaround for what I thought would be a major repair taking a week or more. They also cleaned out the cooling fan and completely polished the monitor screen and cleaned out the keyboard, free of charge.

I went in here with a few questions about a build I was thinking about doing. The guy that helped me was really cool, took out a piece of paper and wrote down everything that he thought I should get. Very helpful
