Very helpful and knowledgeable about my computer and the problems that I faced. The service technician was very kind and aware of my lack of knowledge but still managed to explain the issue enough to where I was confidant in his abilities to fix it. The service was faster than I expected and when I revived my computer back it had been cleaned which I havent done since I bought the thing! Also, when I walked in I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg but it was really affordable. I would defiantly recommend to others.

My computer was running very slow and was constantly getting those annoying pop ups. I brought my computer to LogicPoint and asked if he can fixed it ASAP since I work from home and cant be long without one. I got a phone call the same day to pick up my computer. I was so glad because the computer was running much faster without any pop ups. I give five star for excellent costumer service. I would definitely come back for any computer related issues.
