5 Stars aren’t enough for rating Newnan Computers !!! It should be 10 !!! Every person at Newnan Computers is so professional and nice and has an extensive depth of expertise in all the vast arrays of electronics and computer needs AND they are able to skillfully impart the most helpful information for their customers to be successful at home; (a rarity, indeed!) with valuable online assistance, as well, when needed. The customer service is unmatched, and what is amazingly stellar is that all these folks really CARE about what is the best way to help their customer… whether with upgrading data storage for an existing computer or a newer one. Newnan is SO fortunate to have this level of computer excellence, expertise and service in your area. I drive over an hour because no one else will ever work on the computers in my family!!!! I recommend Newnan Computers for everyone.

The fact that this place has 5 stars and 101 reviews is absolutely accurate. I went in last week with a cracked screen on my wifes laptop. I was worried about getting it repaired as Im about to leave town for a week and couldnt stand the thought of her being without a laptop while im traveling. I called and spoke with a Dick who made sure I had the right address and went over pricing and everything with me. I dropped the laptop off and ran a couple errands. When I returned the screen was as good as new and they even accepted a trade in of an old laptop with screen damage for store credit towards the repair. Needless to say I absolutely support this business and the solid work they do. Hopefully I wont need these services again, but if I do, I know exactly who to go to.

Dick Borrelli, owner, is a true professional and has a superior knowledge of computers, networks, and everything else so-related. We trust Dicks opinions and recommendations implicitly. He has never tried to oversell us anything. The staff at Newnan Computers are also very good and very knowledgeable. Very disappointed. Ive been placing my trust in this local company for years. Ive purchased computers from them. Ive taken our computers for servicing. They ALWAYS say its a bad hard drive--even the computers I purchased from them have a bad hard drive? Well, this time we got a second opinion. (The first opinion is usually expensive enough). A friend of ours is an IT guy. He has never seen anything like this. Our sons computer was wiped completely clean--not even an operating system, no backed up files. Nothing. Newnan Computers was going to charge us $500 to fix it!! It was 1/5 of that cost. So disappointed. We really like to support local businesses. Never again here. Beware!

Very happy with the products and services from Newnan Computers! Dick and his crew have straightened out a mess with our cables and hardware, and installed protection for malware and viruses. I was impressed with their ability and service, so when my mother needed a laptop i purchased one from Newnan Computers. When she got hacked, i dropped her laptop off with them and a couple hours later they called me it was ready! Since I bought the protection, they told me there was no charge for getting it back up and running! Used to buy from big box stores...no more!
