UPDATE: I took the computer in and the technician there looked and said the registry had not changed and was showing the old vista which they had updated. He went in and corrected the registry and it has since worked great, other than as with all Windows Microsoft products it is slow. So it now works and since I also run Ubuntu on the same computer Im impressed with the work done and their quick response in getting back to me. Im afraid Im the slow one as they did have this done and working a day after I wrote the first review. I promised them that I would update this review then but didnt get it done. Sorry All Tech Rx. I was impressed by the reviews I saw on line. But,,,When I took my Sony VAIO laptop computer in for a software fix I was told my harddrive was bad. Told them to go ahead then and install a new harddrive and add as much RAM as it could hold, which wasnt much being as old as it was. Took nearly 3 weeks, I was first told it would be done the first week but then it had trouble downloading updates. ????? The VAIO came with Vista Home edition and I thought that was what they would put back on it as they could get it off the old harddrive. It still worked, just had some bad sectors. Now 3 weeks after picking it up Vista now tells alerts me that it is not a certified copy of Vista and that Ill have to by a copy. Tried caling Alltechrx, busy signal, ah got through finally, man answers, "Can you hold?" certainly, 5 minutes later I hang up. Not very impressive. Guess Ill have to go there after they open at 11 am and complain. I;m not a happy camper at all.

Poor customer service. Went in to have the screen replaced on my Samsung, was told that the screen would be Gorrila Glass and would have a lifetime warranty should anything happen. Within a week the glass had cracked across the middle of the screen. Took it into the store to see if they would replace it and refused saying that the damage was "user fault." Since the the glass had orginally cracked, it has now cracked in several locations without being dropped. Poor quality screen glass, poor customer service. Would have nearly been cheaper to purchase a new phone.

Immediate service for solving a problem I thought was a virus. The attendant friendly, relaxed, and he fixed whatever the problem was while I waited--not even five minutes--and made sure my Mac was clean and clear before I left. He didnt want any payment but I pressed a $20 into his palm because I was so pleased with his service. This is a top-notch small business--I couldnt recommend All Tech Rx more highly!

I accidentally deleted precious videos of two recent zoo trips among other videos of my children and All Tech Rx was able to quickly and completely recover all the videos. Not only did they recover them they explained and showed me ways to protect my precious data while being extremely friendly and very professional. I can not thank them enough!

Laptop screen was cracked. Best Buy and Geek Squad could not fix. Took it to these guys after a co-worker mentioned them. Next day, called and it was done. AWESOME! They had replacement screen there so it was quick and easy, and not too pricey at all. Thanks again! Easy to work with, very friendly staff.

Called about getting a control board repaired..Was told he could repair it if I could point out the exact part needing replaced. What a joke!!! A place that is supposed to be able to fix computers and cell phones yet cant do simple diagnostic on a control board...Amateur hour at best...

Took my laptop here to have it worked on gave me the wrong charger when I came to pick it up went all the way back was 5 after 7 they told me to come back tomorrow. Called just now to see what a diagnostic test would be on a SSD drive told me 89 bucks...

Worst customer service was told hour and half fix to fix my phone data /charge port then 3hr because they was busy no problem then call me 20 minutes before close telling me they dont have time closing an hour early
