What a scam! My parents took their laptop to Ray because it kept turning off. He charged them $170 to fix it. The next day, it wouldnt connect to the internet, so they took it back. When they went to pick it up, they were charged an ADDITIONAL $168. They ended up just leaving the laptop there and getting a new one rather than pay that man anymore money.

Will lie to you to make the sale. Will tell you its fixed. You pick it up and its not fixed but they want to charge you more to fix it right a second time. Wont stand behind their warranties. I am amazed that the local radio station uses them for talk show. Never use them!

Yeah not very good service took a week to not only install a processor but also to give me back my computer. Communication between company and customer is absolutely horrible. Tries to get you to buy additional parts that you might not need and just an dishonest company

Pros: Good Customer Service. Cons: Didnt zip-tie the cables in the custom build and they clicked on the fans until we fixed it. Not a big deal but for the price it wouldve been nice to have the case cleaned up and not have cables everywhere when you open it up.
