These Idiots suck. No Certified Technicians work here. No one has any CompTIA or Microsoft Certifications. You take a risk taking your computer to these guys. Their prices are outrageous. You can buy the same and better online for cheaper. These guys have screwed up more systems and cost more people money than they can count. When you want inexperienced techs go here but when you want the best just type in a google search for PC and Laptop repair Chattanooga TN. I think you be able to find a better company than these untrained and uncertified Nerds.

I called these guys and I think they just sent me a floor sales person from BestBuy, because this guy did not know anything. It cost me almost $300 for Virus Removal and they destroyed my data. I lost everything, years of pictures. If you do not care about your data, they can fix it with a reload. No real Technicians here. Very Disappointed, Mary S. Chattanooga, TN
