I do not recommend you use Computers Plus+ for iphone screen repair. I took an iphone 5s there for repair. I was quoted $100 for the repair. I dropped it off. When the phone was picked up, I was charged $120 (plus tax). I was given a 30 day warranty. After about 2-3 weeks, the touch screen performance dropped off and it no longer worked consistently on the whole screen, and a couple of tiny cracks had developed at the edge of the screen. I couldnt even unlock the phone because a spot on the screen I needed to unlock the phone would not function. I took it in and explained what the problem was. I left the phone for repair. I got a call a couple of days later asking what the problem was. They could not read their co-workers handwriting. I explained the problem again and was asked to come in and bring the paperwork for the original repair the next day. I brought in the paperwork as requested, and was told that it would be covered by the warranty. The apple tech was not present, so it was going to be repaired when they were on site. At this point it was 5 days since I had first dropped the phone off. I got a call a couple of days later and was told that they would not honor the warranty because the cracks were "from the outside in", thus the problem must have been caused by some damage. I explained that this was no proof since the cracks would develop on whichever surface was strained the most (I am an engineer). I was told again that this would not be covered and this decision came from management. I took the phone to the apple store (where I should have gone in the first place) and got the screen replaced again, for just $9 more than I paid to Computers Plus. Ive read reviews that are positive for computer repairs, but based on my experience, I dont recommend you use them for anything.

I didnt like the employee at the store. Today I went in to purchase a apple mini or laptop and the employee was completely rude and unknowable about his products they sell. I brought in a Labtop with a charger and was trying to see if I can trade in or repair with me too. And I laid it on the front desk and asked him what can I get or do with my laptop? He said that its useless and nothing I can do with it , so Ill just take it back with me instead so I left it on the table. Back to the apple products we told him that my wife is a teacher and she uses apple products at the school and need to have a product that will help her in her class room. He completely was rude to her on not liking apple products and how they are not good to use . So after he did that we didnt want to do business with him nor the store we decided to leave the store. I turned to my laptop and my charger was gone!!!! I told the guy I had my charger there with my Labtop and he told me I was a lier and I didnt have a charger with it and didnt want to look for it at all. He went to the back of the store and grabbed his hookah and started smoking in the store!!!!!! I was pissed because you called me a lier and disrespected my wife and then acted like I was lying about my charger so I told him Im not leaving until you rewind the tape to see I had my charger here it took 30 mins and another employee to come to find out that another customer took my charger !!!!!! So if you want a good place to fix your lab top or computers please just go to a Best Buy or some reliable place that dont have high school kids working on your equipment . P.s the young white male employee you need to fire him!!!!!

These guys are the real deal; they are far and above more knowledgeable than Best Buys "Geek Squad" and at least you know your equipment is on-premises. Plus in speaking to Terrence, Owner of Computers Plus, they are very cost-effective in terms of what they charge versus the competition. I had purchased some equipment from DeSean and Shawn; found them both not too techie and definitely not a "Used Car Salesman type" but honest and to the point. Then they told me about their free diagnostics promo they are having so I took my almost 6 year old Sony Vaio there to be looked at since I was getting Sector errors and the laptop was not running very fast anymore. Told him my situation, that since I was honestly moving data to Dropbox and the iCloud for my Tablet and iPhone, my plans were not to buy a new laptop anytime soon but ride this thing out since I rarely used it for much more than surfing the Net or some Word/Excel usage. The end result exceeded my expectations and my "Old Man" Sony Vaio is almost new again as they uncovered a internal virus that my Norton Anti-Virus did not pick up. I plan on distributing their info in my neighborhood down the street from them plus telling all my next door neighbors about this great alternative to the Best Buy hype!! Thus, I give them 5 stars and hope you will have as good as experience as I have had .I plan on a long business relationship with Terrences company and the other staff as well!!! :)

0 STARS IF POSSIBLE. I took my computer in to get the GPU replaced which they did and which temporarily fixed my computer. They sold me a defective GPU that broke just weeks later. I contacted them and took my computer back into the store. They looked at everything except the GPU and couldnt determine what the issue was. They returned my computer but did not return my money even though it was within their 30 day warranty on parts. I have since taken my computer to another shop to get my GPU replaced, a new shop with a much better warranty policy and much better customer service. I have been calling Computer Plus now for months to get a hold of the manager to ask about a refund. I have spoke to countless employees saying they "will take a message" and have the manager call me. Its been 2 months that I have been calling several times a week, still have not reached the manager and still have not been contacted by me. At this point they are ignoring me because they dont want to refund me. I am taking the issue up with Consumer Affairs. Also, they charged me double for a (broken) GPU than what another computer company is charging me. Going to Computers Plus Kennesaw has been the biggest mistake and cost me a lot of money. PLEASE AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF AND HANDLED WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

***** RECOMENDED***** YES ***** 5 STARS ***** WELL DESERVED***** I was told to go to Computer Plus in Kennesaw If I want to buy or fix my computer. I went to buy laptop there and ended up buying a MacBook Pro at Computer Plus and This was my best experience ever. First all all, Very competitive pricing,( They saved me over $280 comparing to other competitors).. everybody was friendly and professional. Since I am not Mac user, they walked me step by step how to use it..Woow, I Appreciated their effort in explaining every little difference Mac vs Windows. I called them back with a few questions I had and guess what, on the phone step by step, they walked me though how to do it.. and simplify the process.. Im not a big fan of leaving reviews but this experience I want everyone to see.. ..Love Macs, Love Computer Plus.. Thanks Computer Plus + again for your patient, support and you got me and my whole family .. Happy Customer..
