If any of my Cartersville friends has plans to go to CPR (cell phone repair) dont do it. I had them replace the screen on my iPhone 6 and paid $90 for it and left. Got in my car and hit the home button to see it with a new screen and it wouldnt light up. Couldnt see anything on it. I went back in and she took it in the back and looked at it (she said). She said the back light fuse went out and she doesnt do that work on them. She said it wasnt her fault but the phone worked perfect till she took it in the back condition o replace the screen. I have been told by other techs that she probably shorted it out when she replaced the screen. She refuses to get it fixed or replace it. I called her boss Bryan Cook and had to leave him a voicemail. She was talking to him on the computer while I was there and he told her to have me call him. I still have not received a call from him. This is Steves cell phone. Thats the only other phone we have besides my cell phone. So now if I leave him by hisself he wont have a phone to call me or 911 if he has a problem heart wise. Everybody who knows us knows he has had 3 heart attacks, open heart surgery and a stroke. So "no" he cant be left without a phone. I told her I was contacting the Better Business Bureau, the tv stations etc. I told her and her boss Steves health problems and that he can not be left without a phone. Wish me luck cause I aint letting this go

Dont let all these positive reviews fool you, I brought my 3DS here and I was told it was a simple fix, the only problem it had was a simple cracked screen. During the time it was there they told me they had broke it more, but it could still be fixed. 4 months later they told me it was fixed and tested it, I came in only to discover the touch screen didnt work at all, I knew for a fact it was working perfectly fine before I brought it there because I could still play it. Paid almost $80 for repairs they wanted to refund me 30, had to refuse to accept 30 because they damaged it beyond repair, finally they agreed on 80. Funny thing is the person in line behind me walked up after and said his device wasnt repaired either, long story short. Dont pay them to break your things, I usually dont write reviews. Id give them no stars but alas 1 is the lowest this rating system goes.

If there was any way to give any less than a star this company would receive it! I purchased a phone from them on February 15, paid in full. It is now nearly 8 weeks later and I still do not have a working phone. I have been given every type of run-around imaginable, refused a refund because it "needed to be cleared with the owner" and handed a different phone than the one I ordered, a lower model, and was lead to believe that was the phone I paid for. It borders on fraud. Finally I contacted my credit card company and will be receiving a refund from that direction. They may be able to repair things but they are certainly not dealing with customers in a legitimate manner.

Ive used CPR several times and I highly recommend them! The staff is great, especially Hannah. Shes professional and friendly and knows what shes doing. I was so nervous the first time I broke my phone, but she helped me in such a timely way. I felt so relieved and got my phone fixed in a very short time. The prices are reasonable too. Keep up the good job CPR. I hope I dont break my phone again, but if I do I know where to go!!

I brought my phone here after a crack in the screen and everything still worked. They fixed the screen and told me they broke the home button? Preceded to tell me it was my fault because water built up in the phone so when they the went to repair it went into one of the wires and broke the home button....? I brought it here to break it more? Its suppose to be a repair shop I thought.

My iPhone started shutting down immediately after a night of charging. I didnt want to go through the trouble of having the apple store look at it so I thought my local CPR cell phone repair store might help me out in a timely and cost efficient manner. And they did! It was super awesome.

Excellent. They had it fixed within 25 minutes of me bringing it in. Also, it was on a day where they are typically closed, but they worked to accommodate my schedule as I work far away during the week. Couldnt be happier!

I recommend this place to get your phone fixed etc.. Customer service was amazing and the wait time wasnt long at all. Hannah was amazing got good deals on tempered glass, phone cases and new screen. Best place!!
