I have been using Alvin at Computer Doctor for two years now. Even as a small business I need the special attention a larger company does but need it in a more timely manner and cost efficient. Ive never had to wait more than 24 hours, the jobs or issues have been resolved in the first visit and I definitely feel Ive gotten tremendous value for my money. From clearing up viruses to setting up new computers personalized for me in particular can be a challenge and Alvin has been able to anticipate what I would need ahead of time. Purchasing their software is much less expensive than buying in a store also. Overall after two years I give a five star rating or two thumbs up! My antique shop biz runs swiftly and quickly and I feel confident in the security of my online transactions too.

We were getting a black screen on the POS computer at the restaurant that I manage. I searched for a computer repair company online. I came across a few different places but I would have to wait a day or two before they could get to us. When I called Computer Doctor they said that they could get someone out to me within 2 hours. I was thrilled because we could not take payments until this was fixed. They sent the repair guy out and he had the problem fixed in 45 minutes. I was very satisfied with the price because when I called staples they wanted more just to diagnose the problem than I paid to get it fixed with Computer Doctor. If you have computer problems I suggest that you give them a call. They even come to you.

I am a college student and my computer crashed in the middle of an on line exam and I did not know what I was going to do. I had to have my computer that night the professor does not accept excuses. I did not know where I would find someone to come and fix my computer so late in the evening, but I called Computer Doctor. They were prompt. They came out within the same hour and got it taken care of. They restored my operating system and they even saved all of my documents and I did lose anything. The best thing was that it did not cost me an arm and a leg. Thank you.

I called to get sound card on my old desktop computer repaired. The guy on the phone listened and then told me the cost for replacement & labor or i could just go to store and get usb sound card for $20. who does that? this is what customer service use to be, experts giving honest opinions and evaluations not just after $. Told him on the phone he just earned a new customer and Im recommending family, friends, and anyone who i talk to to Computer Doctor. My computer was very slow when it came to getting on the internet. I called my internet provider and they said that everything was working properly on their end. They suggested that it might be a problem with my computer. I called Computer Doctor and within 10 minutes the tech dicovered that I had a bad internet port on my computer. He was able to replace the port and that fixed the problem. The thing that impressed me the most was their same day service. My computer problem was fixed only a few hours after it began.

Thank you Computer Doctor for saving me. My computers keyboard and mouse stopped responding in the middle of an online test that I had to pass. I was really worried about finishing before the website timed out on me. I called Computer Doctor and amazingly they got someone out to me within 20 minutes. The guy allowed me to use his external keyboard and mouse to finish my test then he repaired my laptops keyboard and mouse pad. I have never had an experience like this from any company ever in my life!!!

Ive used ComputerDoc multiple times and each time its been an above averaged service. I had heard that a lot of these types of services are expensive and that wasnt what I wanted, or could afford at the time. I knew upfront what it would cost to get my work done so there was no surprises last minute. They traveled to my home and repaired my desktop and corrected issues on my laptop on the very first trips. I have recommended them to friends and all have been satisfied.

I had a great experience with this company. The first thing that impressed me was that I didnt have to bring my computer to them. They came to me. I run my business from different locations with a very complex networking system. Im pretty technical so normally when I have an issue I can fix it. This time I needed help so I called Computer Doctor. The guy figured out what the problem was in 10 minutes. He had my network up and running again within 30 minutes.

My computer would not load to the desktop. I kept getting an error about explorer crashing. I called Computer Doctor to have it fixed after several attempts to fix it my self using some of the suggestions from google. The repair guy got my computer back up and running in about 15 minutes. I will be using this company from this point on. I have had enough bad service experiences to say that this one was great.

When my computer crashed I had years of family pictures and that was the only place they were stored. I was depressed because I thought they were lost forever. The repair person from Computer Doctor was able to fix my computer but more importantly he retrieved all of the photos that I thought I lost. This was a valuable lesson. I had a virus on my computer so I called Computer Doctor the next morning. 3 hours later, they had a repair person out to my place to help me. The appointment was for 1pm and he was early! Thank God I didnt have to wait around all afternoon. It turned out to be more than a virus. But, the repair man was extremely helpful. He even assisted me in getting back my important programs (microsoft office).

This company was referred to me by a friend. My computer kept restarting after the windows logo. I was so frustrated. I looked online to find a solution but none of them worked. Finally I called Computer Doctor. They sent a tech to my job. I was so impressed because I couldnt allow him into my job so he fixed my computer from his car.
