Id give 0 stars if I could. I brought my phone in because the charging port was loose. They charged me $70 to have it fixed but then told me it was a different issue and that they could not fix it. They gave me a refund of $35 but I didnt think that they were correct so I took it to a different repair shop who fixed my phone right there with no issues. Either the workers there are completely incompetent or they are just thieves. I am unable to prove it but I believe they swapped out my battery for a broken one which I had to get replaced. Before I went to CPR my phone worked for two days with one charge but when the other repair shop pulled my battery out it was so frail it snapped in two. CPR never mentioned anything about that.

Although I had to come back three separate times to allow my phone to be worked on, CPR did a heck of a good job with my phone and saved me hundreds of dollars by fixing the GPS in my iPhone (as opposed to me having to buy a new/used iPhone). At one point, one of the workers actually took my phone and drove around with it to see if the GPS was working. If thats not good customer service, I dont know what is. Definitely will return for any future issues.

Very friendly and helpful at CPR. I have the Samsung edge phone, which is a phone a lot of shops wont work on due to the complexity of the screen. I have now taken my phone to this shop twice, once to replace the screen and once to replace the battery. They have fixed both issues for me with no troubles. Very helpful considering the other two shops close to me wouldnt even look at the phone when I told them it was a Samsung edge.

Brought my daughters phone in for repair after she dropped it. Although they replaced the screen, they did not attach it properly because the phone was bent (which we did not discover until it almost popped off while she was away at college.) She brought the phone back. They unbent the phone and reattached the screen, but one corner is still unattached AND theres a new scratch on that corner. Not super satisfied.

1st time user, very impressed, superb service. Needed an new iPhone screen, and was surprised when the phone had another issue that turned out to be nothing, but before they did any work on the phone, or replace the screen they called and discussed the issue before potentially wasting my money on getting a new screen and the phone still not working. Very satisfied and will use them again.

Great service, took them only a day to fix my shattered phone screen (and it only took that long because they had to order a part). The free estimate they offer on their website let me know pretty much exactly what I was going to be paying before I even decided to use their services. Going through the standard Verizon repair process would have probably taken a week or more.

Went there & got my phone screen replaced since it was severely cracked. They did an awesome job and the lady at the counter was super friendly. Only 4/5 stars because the price for a new screen was more than other shops around that will do the same thing. I only came here because it was super convienent & I needed a new screen asap, but just know it is more expensive.

I brought my phone in for water damage. Signed a paper and they charged me $58. I get a call that they were not able to fix it. Hoping to get money back because the phone was not able to work, I found myself disappointed. I paid $58 just to find out that my phone still doesnt work. I could have told them that for free! All I can say is that I will never go there again.

Fixed my screen up perfectly so I could go about with my life. Screen had spiderweb cracks and was completely demolished from dropping on concrete, and half of the screen was black and the touchscreen was no longer functional. They were able to fix in under two hours, and continue to fix it when I pointed out some minor details. Great and fast experience.

My lg g3s screen kept coming loose so I took it to another repair shop that charged $100 to re-apply. It came undone a few weeks later. The owner at other shop refused to fix it and wanted to charge full price. Went to cpr and they did it for only $45 and gave me a life time guarantee!
