I was very impressed with Curt Pearsons professional and most accommodating demeaner. He was eager to help me with my dilemma, i.e. my computer kept booting then shutting down. It went for probably two days/nights before I realized that it had not shut down properly. It would not open Windows and I was afraid that someone had tried to hack into my computer. Curt was quick to put my mind at ease and quickly ordered the needed parts and replaced them. My computer is now functioning properly and much quicker than before. I could not be happier about the service I received from Curt and will be most pleased to recommend him to anyone! Trust me, you will not be sorry if you give Curt a try. Curt Pearson has been very professional and accommodating. He has worked on several computers for me over the last few years and has recently built a new one for me at about the cost of what I could find at the local stores and without proprietary parts, which allows me to easily change out and upgrade whenever necessary. Whenever I bring a computer to him he always takes time to explain the computers problem in terms I can understand and then gives me a couple options for the repair. "Curt" of Franklin Computer Service had diagnostically, repaired and returned my PC back with in a 18 hour window. He was attentive to my explanation and wishes. Even with a short window time, keep me abreast of progress. Upon completion his explanation to what I had done and what he had done to correct it, to include helpful suggestion/s was very informative and explained in a manner that I understood. My son told me to trash my laptop; said it was the worst computer HP made and not worth paying anyone to try to repair. I was going to be thrilled just to have my data recovered. Curt was willing to take a look and said he was sure he could recovery all my data. I not only have all my data, It works better than it did when it was new. Contacted Curt after I spilled coffee on my computer. I thought I had destroyed my laptop. Curt determined it was just the keyboard that was shot. He provided me an external keyboard so I could keep working while he ordered new keyboard. From the time laptop was taken in until I picked up the repaired laptop was right at 48 hours. Curt was amazing, I brought him two broken computers and a broken cell phone and he had them completely fixed in less than a week! Best buy told me my computer couldnt be fixed and that I should buy a new one and he fixed everything for a very low price. He went above and beyond what I asked of him and also gave me an extra charger and thumb drive for my data for free! I would HIGHLY recommend him for any of your electronic needs!

Curt was able to get our two office PCs back in 24 hours after we discovered a couple of internal errors. He also installed several software and hardware upgrades to get us running even faster. The following week he installed and set up a new server for our retail store. We are now cruising right along with blazing internet and CPU speeds. The price was great and even more important, the job was done right the 1st time.

I gave him a call and said not a problem he could fix anything so on his day off he met with me Got my computer over the next week he got parts upgrades he recamened and I couldnt be happier. Curt was great. He reassembled and repaired my computer also adding a new SSD drive. My computer is now lightning fast and works much better than new. He also removed malware that I could not remove. Curt worked on my laptop in a prompt and cost-effective manner. It kept locking up when on the internet so he put in a new something or other (a hard drive or something) and it works so much better, Curt communicated with me and fixed my computer in a week. He works very efficiently and has competitive pricing.
