I have always relied on either building my own computers and/or attempting to fix them with my limited knowledge on the subject. After 3 years of smooth operation on a homebuilt (as in, I built it myself) Vista system, I started getting black screens with no obvious hardware faults. The failures got to the point where I simply couldnt get the picture to stay up long enough to diagnose any problems so, fearing virus issues, I read the reviews from a computer at my office and took the system to PC EMT. They diagnosed the problem within 6 hours, and not only told me how to solve the problem (which was related to driver updates and a logitech webcam) but also directed me towards some amazing free anti-virus software. The total cost to me was next to nothing compared to what I was about to go through in hardware and operating system replacement costs, and they never tried to push any additional services on me. Let me repeat that, they never tried to push any additional services...they just fixed it and actually made it better for the cost of a diagnostic. But it gets better. About 5 months later, I had a different black screen issue related to the complete burnout of an EVGA 8800GTS video card while I was travelling and my wife was home with a dead machine (actually I had no idea what had happened, but PC EMT figured it out on their test rigs pretty quickly and called to confirm their findings). My wife took the machine in, and she recieved the same prompt service that I had recieved which culminated in a new video card, which I had them install while I was away from home. My wife picked up the system about 24 hours after the drop off and it worked great. They called us back a few days later to check up on the system and our satisfaction. I chatted with the fellow and we were able to try out a few improved Vista drivers that yet again improved the overall performance, with no additional costs from the original diagnostic and install. In short, these folks will go above and beyond your expectations, and I highly recommend paying them a visit if your computer gets problems which are beyond your comfort level in fixing. 5 stars from a fellow who normally wouldnt trust his machine to his Computer Engineering friends that work at Dell in Austin, TX;)

Do you really mean it, when you promise it? Your website says.. "NO-HASSLE WARRANTY Every one of our repairs is backed up with a no-hassle warranty. If you have any issues at all with the service or parts that were replaced during the repair, we will gladly remedy that issue for you free of charge! However, if there is any type of physical damage to the part, such as cracks or water damage, the warranty will be void." I paid $100+ dollars to replace iPhone 6 Glass & LCD Screen, after few days I could notice screen being loose making touchscreen functions/gestures not to work properly. I kept ignoring thinking its a minor issue and not something that blocks me making use of phone. Day by day bad quality of replacement product and repair service became evident as one day the screen display got completely messed up and I couldnt operate phone at all (no drop, no shock to device - evident from the fact that there wasnt any damage to screen or device). When I got phone back at store to show issue, without any diagnosis, I was told I have to again replace iPhone 6 Glass & LCD Screen and pay ~$100 as there is no product warranty from manufacture or their repair service has 30 days service (no where mentioned in warranty promise). I will strongly question 1. Quality of replacement product for which service provider is charging premium price 2. Fake "No Hassle Warranty" claim. Customers wouldnt mind paying if service provider is one 1. Who keeps his/her promise. 2. Provides quality reliable products (source it from manufacturer that will not make you compromise on your quality promise.

Was an overall good experience, the owner zo was pleasant and professional in person and when contacting me, I brought in my pc due to what I believed was a BIOS issue haveing issues to boot up, They did their diagnotics check and I checked in time to time to see if they maybe located the issue so that way I can make my next step, I got my pc back two days later, the issue end result was my motherboard, when a motherboard needs to be replaced either you usualy got to get the exact same model to replace, or get new components with it so its compatible, I ended up making the decision at that point to get a new Desktop, the only reason didnt get the full 5 star was two things as soon as I got back home, when I first brought in my pc I brought it in because sometimes my pc wouldnt complete the start up process and Id just have to restart till it just booted up, when I got home and tried now in hopes to retrieve the memory was the pc just would turn off after the attempt to boot up now, and also trying to look inside incase maybe something came loose, everything was firmly put in, mustve just happen during diagnostics, which is understandable, but looking inside I noticed my computer was still dusty, its just personal preference but Id rather getting back my pc if youre working on the inside, cleaning the Interior for dust would be common courtesy, but even so honestly a great experience, I will come back if I have any issues or tune ups with my new pc, also great price, glad to have chose PCEMT, thank you zo!

2 years ago we purchased an HP Mini Tower for general Family use. About a year later (in 2009) we turned on our monitor to see a black screen. Thinking it was our old, old, monitor; we waited almost a year to get a new one; at the time, there was no hurry considering we all had work and school laptops. The time came (2010) where we purchased the new monitor; STILL A BLACK SCREEN. Realizing it was the computer, I battened down the hatches and got ready to take the plunge into what I thought would be a very, very expensive venture. I researched those in the Atlanta area and found really good recommendations for PC EMT; never heard of it, but everyone seemed to appreciate them. I called and Zo, the owner, could NOT have been nicer. He calmed my concerns, didn’t try to sell me anything, and the cost to diagnose was only $29! Are you kidding me!? Then, as the armature, A+ trained, customer I was, I suggested it may be the video card. Instead of the condescending chuckle I expected from a real pro, I was met with, “You could be right.” Looking for a ballpark figure for their work and time, I asked him what it would cost to replace it if it was the video card. I found they charge a-la-cart and their parts and labor rates were exceptional. PC EMT is polite, empathetic, patient, very intelligent, clear, and cost effective, not to mention their support of the local HS football team and their students. I was sold and I would recommend them to ANYONE.

DO NOT bring your Apple products here. I brought my iphone 6 here to fix my cracked screen because I heard it was a great alternative to going to the actual Apple store. I got it fixed on a Saturday and on Monday morning my screen just went black and stopped working. It was obvious my actual phone was working because I heard calls and texts coming in but my screen was just blank. I took my phone back to PC EMT and they tried restarting and even putting a new screen on my phone but it wasnt working. I then took my phone to the Apple store and they informed me that this happened because of how the screen was replaced. Something broke internally and it would cost about $150.00 to fix, ON TOP of the $120.00 I spent to get my screen fixed with PC EMT. I conduct my work through my cell phone so I didnt have time to go back and forth between both stores so I then had to go to my carrier and get a whole new phone. I wasnt upset about the fact that they broke my phone, mistakes happen, but I was definitely upset with the fact that they sent me on my way out of that store without a replacement or some kind of refund after they couldnt fix it. My case could have just been one of those random things that happen sometimes but my honest opinion would be to just spend the extra time and take any Apple products to the Apple store to get it fixed. Those products are too expensive to kiss it up to God and hope for the best.
