They dont deserve a star. DONT give them your laptop to fix!!! They are thieves!!! They always want you to pay to fix something else on your laptop and at the end of the day they quote you a big $300 bill even though they initially told you $100. So at the end of the day you just have to walk away leave your $35 deposit even though your equipment is still not fixed. They are scammers!!!!
