My daughter has a MacBook Pro that she uses in college. Being a "PC Guy", not only have I found Macs to be ridiculously expensive, but definitely NOT user-friendly when it comes to repair and maintenance. Many argue that "its worth it, because Macs dont break". Well, my daughters did, and with huge projects looming for her to finish her senior year, the pressure was on to get her Mac fixed----and quick! A shop near her college gave it a quick look and declared it a "battery issue", which would take over a week to fix. After making a quick call to Josh at ComputerTech USA, it was clear that I had to get my daughter to retrieve her Mac from that shop and get it to Josh. Im so thankful we did! Josh not only offered some great advice over the phone to help me diagnose, and possibly cure, the problem, but he helped me fully understand the challenges in repairing Macs. When it became clear that the problem was serious (NOT a battery, contrary to the other shop), we left it with Josh to diagnose. Their diagnostic fee is very reasonable (much less than any other shop I spoke with) and in short order, Josh nailed down the problem...a logic board and power port. He was very happy to spend lots of time with me on the phone explaining the issue, the options regarding repair, and worked hard searching for parts (the logic board being the most expensive) that would not bust our budget (very hard with Mac parts!) The end result: a fully-repaired Mac that is better than it ever was, and works perfectly. Josh (and Nick) bent over backwards for my daughter, understanding the pressure she was under at school. He was kind, considerate, and definitely customer-service focused. He earned a long-term customer. Good computer repair places that dont over charge are hard to find. Add to that one that treats its customers with kindness....and its almost impossible....except you will find all that at ComputerTech USA. Thanks guys!

Absolutely fantastic service! I have been working with Josh at Computer Tech USA in Newnan for a couple of years now. My first issue was a badly crashed hard drive while I was in the Atlanta area (I live in Phoenix, AZ). After I had checked with a couple of other computer repair stores that said it couldnt be recovered, Josh was able to fully recover all of the files. Since then, I have had all my computer issues fixed by Josh and he always gets it perfect. I travel a lot, so damage to my laptops and program corruption happens from time to time and Josh has always got me back up and running in no time. I actually have traveled to Newnan just to have him work on my computer, it is that worth it. I dont think you can go wrong by having your computer issues handled by Computer Tech USA and pricing is very reasonable. I know I have been extremely happy with all the work I ever had done there and have honestly felt "saved" a couple times.. :)

I visited the Computer Tech USA store in Peachtree City, GA late last year after speaking briefly with Justin over the phone. I was attracted by his straightforward, no-nonsense, helpful manner. I was really concerned about my pc and how it responded. I had been getting many unsolicited pop ups and error messages which I did not understand. I suspected that my pc had been contaminated by malware and other unmentionable computer bugs. I left my computer with Justin for a thorough diagnostic session. I felt that I would get results. I was correct. Today, my computer still runs properly because of the corrective measures taken by Computer Tech and because of the manner in which Justin instructed me to routinely scan and monitor my unit. I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend Computer Tech without reservation.

Josh, and everyone else here, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix my MacBook Pro. While redoing the shoddy work from someone else, he went out of his way to repair other things in need to extend the life of my 8 year old computer. After all this was done, he was able to educate me on what to do to keep it running as long as possible. For a grad school student on a budget, I am unbelievably grateful for their help. I will continue to use them in the future and would recommend them to anyone who needs computer repair of any kind.

I had my laptop screen broken and overheating and slow performance, I needed it fix asap, and I shop all around Newnan and found computer tech, I had an encounter with Josh, a technician, he is awesome, he got back to me in less than 48hours and inform me of the report. he troubleshoot every problem I had and now is like i got a new pc. I needed a fan replaced on my Hp notebook. Was told 3 to 5 days. Was quoted $10.00 for fan and $140.00 labor. Since I was in a hurry I said go ahead. After several calls and excuses, TEN days later I went to the store. "the fan order had just that morning been cancelled and they had placed a new order" a simple fan mind you. I asked for my notebook back and got it back in pieces. If they will treat me that way they will treat you the same way. They didnt even offer an apology.

The hard drive in my computer became faulty. I took it to a nearby competitor (not knowing about Computer Tech USA) for replacement. I asked them to try to retrieve my files from the damaged drive but was told that it couldnt be done despite their best efforts. I would need a clean room and about $1500. My neighbor suggested Computer Tech USA. $90 later I had all my data transferred to a portable drive. This is now the only shop Ill use for computer issues.

As somewhat of a "power user" over the past 20 years, I have occasion to use quite a number of Technicians to solve hardware problems and install hardware upgrades. Computer Tech USA (Newnan), more specifically, Josh, Don, and Nick, is the best company I have ever had the pleasure of using. They are extremely knowledgeable technicians, suggest very cost effective hardware upgrades, and are a reliable source of good advice when I need it.

Worst customer service ever. I called to get a quote on repairing a phone screen and the guy that answered talked down to me as if I was and idiot. then when I told him "there was no need to be rude" he got even more of an attitude. So I just told him bye! As I was hanging up my phone I actually heard him say "your such a dumb a**" Learn some manners before you answer the phone next time.
