We drove all the way to this place from Dayton and they werent open. Waited 30 mins past the time of their opening and no one showed up, answered the phone or anything. We had called the day before to ask about their hours for Christmas Eve and they said they were open at 10 and closing at 12. What a waste of a trip to a place that clearly does not operate according to a set schedule. Not being open when you say you will be may speak to the quality of products/services that may be offered here. Well never know because no one showed up.

My first experience at National Computer wont be the last! The customer service was excellent and the knowledge was very helpful. They did some computer work for me and had it up and running like new in just a day. I thought for sure I was going to have to buy a new computer. I even bought my daughter a laptop for school because the prices were very affordable and the computers worked great! I would reccommend this store to anyone who would need computer repair work done, or to anyone looking to shop for a new computer.
