After looking at all of the computer repair shops reviews around Lexington, I decided that CSSI was the place to go to get my computer fixed, and I hope you will too. My computer refused to turn on Sunday evening and I was unable to take it in to be repaired until Friday. While they were unable to work on it until Monday, and I didnt get an actual diagnosis until Tuesday, they put up with my constant calling and anxiety from having been without my computer for so long. The prices are reasonable, which is very important to me as a college student, and Tyler was able to give me several options on how to deal with my computers bad memory stick, along with price estimates for them all. I appreciate their service so much, it will be the only business in Lexington that will be able to work on my computers from now on!!!

The people at Computer Services & Solutions were so incredibly helpful. I called in a complete panic and in a time crunch to deliver a wedding video to a client with my entire laptop full of storage. The video just wouldnt copy to a USB I had purchased. I brought my computer, USB, and video to them and in less than 45 minutes they had the problem fixed without any issues at all. They were kind, helpful and made my day. I came in that day very stressed and left with my entire day turned around. I cant thank the Computer Services staff enough, especially Tyler and Daniel who followed through with the service. Thank you for what you did for me and to everyone else with a technical difficulty or computer problem, these are the right people for you! They will not disappoint and will get the job done. Wonderful Company and people! We are a large Presbyterian Church in downtown Lexington and have used CSSI for 6 years. Daniel and his team do everything for us, IT, phones, wireless needs, camera/security, integration of all of our AV, server maintenance, backups of data, website security and updates and much more. Basically they are a one stop shop. It is so nice as the manager of all of IT needs to go to one company that can handle our issues. All of CSSI staff is courteous and also very respectful of our time. All appointments and installations are set up for our convenience. I would not think to have our business with any other company than CSSI, they are at the top of their field for customer service and knowledge.

CSSI is a great place to take your computer/laptop/etc. if you are having problems! They are professional, timely, and always keep you up to date on their progress with your machine. I recently took my laptop to CSSI after it contracted a virus and my attempts to clean it went awry. I told them what my troubles were, and left. Within just a few days I received a call about their progress. I continued receiving such calls until the final call in which they informed me that my computer was fixed (and at a very reasonable price). I would HIGHLY recommend CSSI to anyone and everyone with computer troubles!

I am a UK student and when my computer crashed last week I didnt really know where to go. I found this website on google and after reading the reviews decided to try it. I called on a Monday night at closing and one of the guys stayed around just so I could bring my computer in. I had my computer back by Wednesday completely fixed and at an affordable cost. I didnt lose any of my documents and Daniel made sure I had updated virus software. They are incredibly friendly, honest, and quick and while hopefully I dont have to I would gladly take any of my computers to them to fix!

CSSI has been my computer repair and solution company of choice. They have always been helpful and over many years have advised me about upgrading and even helped to get all that done. They have been efficient about solving problems when they come up and are very knowledgeable. I have been helped and learned much because of their gracious attitude of helpling. When I need new software or hardware they have made suggestions and done the set up. Their charges are affordable and reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Awesome company. I deleted my external, which had nearly 1Tb of data on it. CSSI was able to recover nearly all of it, especially videos of my two boys (many of which were from when they were younger) and I am especially grateful for them. CSSI (Tyler especially - who I worked with) were professional, thorough, and very affordable. I would use them again if something like this, or any computer problem, arose. Excellent company, I am very happy and actually have recommended them to a few people already.

I recently moved my web hosting from another company to Computer Services and Solutions, Inc. The transition was amazingly smooth and free of significant complications. Tyler Rusk at CSSI handled the entire move quickly and professionally. Since moving my sites to CSSI, I have noticed a marked improvement in the speed of my sites, with load times reduced by more than 50% according to Pingdom. Its a pleasure doing business with a local company with such a high level of expertise.

I would never take another thing to this place. Not only did they quote an outrageous price for fixing a fan, they returned my laptop to me in a worse state. I went someone else to get it fixed and the keyboard was plugged in incorrectly, the SD card slot was cracked, missing screws and the keyboard housing was also cracked. I was charged a hidden diagnostic fee, as well. The lady who was in charge of taking the money was also rude and unkind. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ELECTRONICS HERE.

After recently contracting a computer vurus on my laptop, I came across Computer Services and Solutions online and they had quite a bit of positive feedback so I decided to take a chance. I was very impressed at the professional work they performed. Their prices were also very reasonable. I would definitely encourage people to consider using Computer Services and Solutions, Inc.

A friend recommended these guys to help me. At first I was unsure, but they did a great job. My network at home was not working quite right and I work from home (so I cant really be without). Chris came and fixed it. Chris also fixed several other little software problems and a printing problem. It was worth it. The guy was nice, helpful and knowledgeable.

CSSI was great to me. I am a very busy student who desperately needed a short-notice laptop repair for school. It was done in 15 minutes. The price was very fair and the service very friendly. Computer Services and Solutions will be my choice for all of my computer needs. Recently the hard drive went out on my computer. Daniel was able to replace my hard drive and recover my data so that I could get a much needed project finished. They were efficient and affordable. I will be recommending them to all of my friends.

Ive had computer work completed by the well known people in the business (i.e. Best Buy) and by Computer Services and Solutions. Computer Services and Solutions are by far the best. The service was quick, affordable, and done right unlike the competition. I will trust them to meet all of my computer needs.
