The only reason I can leave a review for these gents is because they took my dead work computer and brought it back to life, not to mention in less than 24 hours. Although we are a natural stone countertop company, I do a tremendous amount of work on my computer, and to say my computer is vital to our business is still an understatement. When it flipped out on me, my heart sank. I knew I was S.O.L. All my files, years of pictures, gone. This has happened to me once before years ago and all was lost. But this time, thanks to Kelen Computer Services, things went much differently. He had me up and running the next day, and better than ever. Not only that, but they went above and beyond to take the time to instruct me on how to protect myself from future problems, as well as giving me some free software to keep me safer than ever. A+ guys. You are awesome.

He took $200 of my money and returned a broken computer that worked when I took it to him. I asked him to clean up some space but to save my music library of approx.3700 songs. When I received it a week later and costing another $75 from my original $125 budget, it was NOT working so I immediately took it back to him and he wanted to charge up to possibility $200 more because he said that my video card was out. I took it and called my credit card company and the BBB. I yhen took it to Best Buy where they sold an external Wi-Fi connecter and I was then able to see the screen but ALL of my music had been erased except the sample music that came withe laptop! Very Unprofesional....

I have known Kelly for well over 20 years!! Scary thought!! I was impressed with his computer knowledge back then, and over the years, he has stayed on top of the computer "game" so to speak, by keeping his knowledge above and beyond all the big name computer repair places with their so-called geeks and geek squads! He knows his stuff and all you have to do is call and he has your answer. Prices are competitive and the quality of service is second to none. He is trustworthy and you can be sure you are going to get the most for your money and make a new friend all at the same time!

Ive used Kelen Computers for many years I think over 10 now. Ive been very pleased over the years with the time and dedication Kelly and his staff have always shown me. I have had many problems over the years and Kelly has always been able to help me solve all my issues. from it being slow to having hack attempts. As a retired doctor I highly approve the services of Kelen Computers and Kelly the owner really knows his stuff when it comes to computers and laptops. Kudos to you guys! Our community is safer from online infections due to your high dedication to your craft.

Kelen Computer Services is very efficient and can be defined as honest, reliable and consistent in his quality to help a person out with his computer expertise. I have been going to him for years and so do all of my friends and they just say he is the very best! My computer was working so slow and I was always getting pop-ups and I was losing my work because it would freeze-up; I thought about buying a new computer but I couldnt afford it. Well, since Kelly Davis fixed it, I have never had this problem since. My only regret is that I didnt go to him earlier! RS

Kelen Computer Services has been 100% satisfying the times that I have used it. When I sent my computer in for repair, the viruses were removed, no data was lost, and Kelly had even added some more virus protection software that helped to keep my computer going in the future, at no extra cost to me. Kelen Computer Services even helped me find a potential buyer for my laptop, too! And if you dont want to take your computer in, give him a call, he can do it remotely over the computer, and you can practically watch him fix it!

What a GREAT experience.Just when I was about to throw THIS computer in the ocean,I found Kelen Computer Service.It was amazing,Kelly remotly fixed ,EVERY concern,FROM HIS OFFICE,me at mine.My computer is once again like new.I guees some think they need to haul their computer to a Computer Geek,but,through the wonders of electronic gadgitry,I was fixed in less than an hr,while enjoying conforts of home.To top it off,the cost was far less than I would ever expect and certainly less than I ever paid.Thanks Kelly.

Very rude and poor customer service. I called to ask for a custom PC and the owner Kelen was very rude. I dont know what his problem is but it appears that simple questions cause him to get upset. He hung up on me as well. Based on other reviews, it appears something has changed with his attitude because my experience was nothing like what others are saying. There are many better options here in town. I suggest looking elsewhere if you want someone who respects their customers.

Our pharmacy needed our new phones hooked up. We were down to two working phones and in desperate need. I called them and they were very fast with a quote and willing to travel to us. Once I got the quote and approval with the owner to spend the money, they came out the very same day. They were here less than an hour and got our phones in great working order. I hightly recommend them. I will be using them for any future POS, computer and telephone need.

Iv known Kelly for over 20 years ,in all these years hes never failed to give 100 % and customer satisfaction. The best quality I think though is hes never made me feel computer illiterate, you know how some places tell ya this is wrong with your computer and you dont understand a word there saying so you ask them to explain (and they look at you like your retarded) love Kelen computer wouldnt take my busyness anywhere else. Kelen Computer Service has been my go to for any and all of my computer and internet needs. Makes even the most complicated repairs and set ups look oh so easy but we all know it aint! And I LOVE how he can remotely log on to your computer, troubleshoot right from his office. Hes been my lifesaver more than once. Great service, great price and a great staff. Beyond excellet quality in my book.
