Delivered a computer needing repair. They advised 1 week to look at it and get things going. $39.00 for the service. After a week they advised they ordered a part but it was wrong. Took two more weeks to get the parts, which did not fix the problem. Charged $50.00 for the unrepaired computer that took almost 4 weeks to get the parts they needed that did not do the job. When I called to discuss this with the owner, he basically did not care about the poor results his shop provided and definitely did not care about the bad reviews he is now receiving. Attitude is everything in life. UK parents dont even think of sending you student to this shop.

I brought my computer to these guys, because it was acting really funny and going really slow. I talked to a young man on the phone, and he said that there was a good chance that I had malware on the computer. He only had to take my computer for a day! When I got it back, the computer was working so much better! He even explained to me how I got the malicious files on the computer in the first place. The customer service was great and down to earth, and the pricing was very fair. It was nice to work with people and not a massive corporation. Five stars! My future go to guys!

Steve (the owner of the business) is a computer wizard. I had a hard-drive that had failed. It had on it ALL my family photos, important documents, and pretty much everything I cared about from the past. (I kept thinking I should back up, but never did) The drive was dead and my computer would not boot at all. I took it to Steve, and he graciously recovered ALL my files. The hard drive was trashed so I could not use it again, but my files were safe. Thank you Steve! You have done more than you can imagine by recovering my files!

I thought my laptop was done for as I had dropped it in such a way that the plugin place was messed up and I could not get power to it. Found these fellows through Angies list and am so glad I did. I never did see Steve, only communicated with him through e-mail, but the young man who actually did the work, Joseph, was very professional and did a great job. They also removed a bunch of malware from the laptop, and all for a very fair price. I would certainly use again and recommend.
