The No Lemon Policy in the Geek Squad Black Tie Protection is a joke. After having blue screens right out of the box, continued abundant blue screens after an initial hard drive replacement and now a second hard drive replacement, I am sick of jumping through a million hoops with hope for some actual customer service! My CD/DVD drive has also been replaced by the Geek Squad. Is it not obvious to them that my computer is a lemon? There needs to be a system in place in which total dud computers (like mine) can be replaced before four hardware repairs. Ive already had three hardware repairs, two of which involved completely replacing my hard drive, and one software repair to completely wipe off my OS and put it back on with no resolution to the problem. After spending $200 on the protection plan and two years worth of hassles, they still wont replace my computer. Such a waste of money. I will never buy another computer through Best Buy and I refuse to work with the Geek Squad in the future.
