My LCD on my laptop went out earlier this summer. The laptop was not even a year old yet. I did have a warranty on my laptop, but of course the warranty did not cover the LCD! HP wanted to charge me more than I paid for the laptop to fix it. I searched around to various places in the community...I was either told "the laptop is too new, we cant get a screen" or " you may as well buy a new laptop because the cost will be too much to fix it". Well of course I wasnt trying to hear none of that. I continued to search and search until I finally came across this jewel called Back To Life Computer Services. I made my appointment online, quick and easy....went in to see Shane and immediately He made me feel comfortable that He would be able to fix my laptop with no problem! That was on a Thursday...my laptop was ready on Saturday! Not only was the service superior, He also kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and the cost was unbeatable. I will most certainly continue to patronize BTL and I recommend any and everyone to go check Him out! BTL is truly a life saver.

My laptop screen broke all the way back in 2014 so Ive had it connected to my TV since whenever I needed work done. Because of complications in school, I had to get it fixed ASAP. I looked online and Back to Life was the closest nearby with amazing ratings. Needless to say, I went there and was surprised that it was a home office. Regardless of that, Shane was real down to earth and knew EXACTLY what he was talking about, not like some repair places where it feels your speaking another language to the employees. He gave me a deadline as to when the materials would arrive and it was completely accurate. As soon as the materials arrived, he called to let me know and, get this, the job has already been done. Its only been TWO days. I went over there and I can finally use my laptop away from my home again lol. Check this place out!! You wont be disappointed at all. Thanks again, Shane. My laptop was running slow and sometimes locked up and I didnt know what to do. After several months being stored away in my laptop bag, I googled and found BTL Computers to get help. I love his website. Shane is very knowledgeable, personable and concentrated on what I needed and wanted and didnt try to push anything else on me. He also gave me valuable information on how to get the best performance out of my laptop. He was very quick and my laptop was ready within two days after putting in my ticket, which I was able to do on the website. I liked that. His prices are reasonable and his list of services includes fixing anything that could possibly go wrong with a computer. One day i randomly looked up "computer companies" near me and this company was the second on the list. I called and he answered right away. I told him the problems my computer was having and he asked me to bring it in. He then gave me a diagnosis and a price. The price was very affordable and he got my laptop back up and running in ONE DAY. It feels BRAND NEW. He gave me Microsoft, new windows 10, and other things i thought about throughout the day. Mr Shane made my experience beautiful! I had an old Toshiba laptop that i bought back in 2011 that i thought it was too old to work nowadays. He installed the latest windows in it and made it brandnew. Im back in love with my laptop. Mr Shane went above and beyond for me at an awesome price and didnt try to upsell me with anything. You specifically tell him what you want and thats exactly what he will do. He really is here to help his people. I highly recommend him. His prices are awesome! You wont be disapponted. Shane did an excellent job on my computer and at a very reasonable price. I spilled coffee all over my laptop and the keys were stuck, I couldn’t use my computer. I took my laptop to several repair shops and called a few others, they all quoted higher prices than Shane.
