Not happy. took my Surface tablet to get a rather badly cracked screen replaced. it was just before Christmas so I expected it to take a couple of weeks. took it in on 12/18 got it back today 1/22. got a call a couple weeks ago stating they were unable to get the screen in and were going to just replace the unit. week later got a call they needed my charger because they couldnt get the tablet to get past the loading screen, wasnt a problem when I took it there as it powered up ok when they tried it. got another call saying they got the screen in but it wouldnt get past the loading screen, sometimes it did and sometimes it didnt. when it did come on the camera wasnt working and it wasnt taking a charge. None of these were problems before it went there. Picked it up paying the balance of $103.30 owed on the 203.30 total bill and havent been able to use it at all.

I have a iPhone 6, I have had it for about 3 years now. The battery was having a very hard time holding charge and was dieing on 66% and would drop from 80% to 20% in about 10 minutes. So I called apple only to find out that because my battery was so old I was going to have to get it replaced. Which they priced out at $200-$250. I took my phone here to see if Apple was even right (they were), and got my battery replaced for significantly less! So after it was fixed I was out and dropped my phone on blacktop and knocked the battery out of place. I took it back up there and he fixed it for me again. And I am willing to bet that that was alot less expensive than what Apple would have charged me. I would recommend everyone to go here with iPhone problems because he definitely knows what hes talking about!

I emailed about pricing to replace my iPhone screen and got a reply back within 2 minutes. Came into the store a few hours later and Andy was super friendly and already knew who I was from the email exchange. He explained all of the potential situations and options to me (since my phone was cracked multiple times and I disclosed it may have water damage) and told me upfront what the extra time and cost would be to repair any water damage. In the end, I only needed the screen replaced, and he was done in half the time he quoted me. Also gave me a discount on a screen protector. Overall great experience; both the service and price beat other phone repairs Ive had in the past. Hoping I dont break another phone, but if I do, I will absolutely come back here.

I am impressed when a manager turns down my business and tells me to buy a new phone, because the repair he would do would cost almost double what a new phone would cost (I have a very cheap phone). In addition to not trying to take my money, he walked me through how to get my photos off my busted phone and spent about ten to fifteen minutes with me, but didnt charge me one cent. If/when I have another busted phone, I would definitely consider taking it to this location!

friend brought in a Galaxy with a cracked screen that was still functioning. These people messed up his components so that his phone was no longer functional and couldnt turn on, and when he brought it back to them, they told him there was nothing they could do and put his old cracked screen back on his phone and gave it back to him still not functioning. Complete garbage service, and I only received the same crap when inquiring about their services

I took apart my phone and while it was disassembled I discovered that I needed another part for the repair. Rather than wait a few days for Amazon to deliver it I tried to calling these guys. Even though they have the part I needed they refused to sell it to me. "They dont do that". Only if I let them fix it for 3 times the cost of doing it myself. Not feeling the love from these people.

I did extensive research on places in Cincinnati that could repair my Xperia Z3. The people at Digital Doc offered the lowest price for the repair and were very knowledgeable and friendly. They had to order additional parts in order to complete the repair but they did not ask me to pay any more than the price we had originally agreed upon. Give these guys your business - they deserve it!

The owner is very helpful and nice in addition to having a broad knowledge. I had a phone issue had it fixed by them and later had a continued phone issue and he free of charge troubleshooted the phone himself. He actually wanted to troubleshoot it before he wanted me to simply just fork over more money to keep my phone limping along. Really appreciate it.

Great experience! Called to get my cracked screen fixed on my iphone and they told me just to come in and they would get it done in an hour. Very friendly and pretty funny as well! Hopefully I never have to go back for a broken screen but if I do I will be going here. Also best price I could find! Highly recommend these guys!

The owner is often there to take great care of you, but his young staff seem just as knowledgeable and also a pleasure to do business!
