I went today a little scared because I had never done my eyebrows with threading and I didnt know if it was painful. There was only one employee (I think she is from India) and waiting time was less than 5 minutes. I told her that I wanted them thick and showed her photos of two womens eyebrows that I liked. She started working but with extremely rudeness, she acted so harsh that she even cut my skin and I noticed a little bit of bleeding but she told me she didnt do that, she didnt care at all. I think she was that rude because she felt I wasnt confident on her ability to do a good job. Honestly, the shape of the eyebrows was done very well, but the aggressiveness of this woman was beyond anything Ive seen. When I asked her how long the place had been opened, she answered with irony that she just had started yesterday, that she didnt know anything. She refused to give me her name. Too bad, the place is nice, has a great location and I really wanted to like it, but that kind of customer service will scare away any customer. It was a very bad experience.

Please dont go to this shop if you see that old lady. There used to be a Young woman who i used to be a regular customer for this threading shop.I went yesterday for upper lip threading there was a old indian lady she behaved very harsh . She threaded half of my lips and said she wont continue further since a drop of tear is coming from my eyes due to pain. She said pay 5 $ and go with half of my lips threaded. I asked her is this the way you behave harsh to the customer.She said we are doing business. Come on I am paying for what you are doing. I said this is going to be the last time i am coming to this shop. She said she is happy with it. I am not sure why these guys are having shop if they dont need customers coming. Very worst customer service. Thank God i didnt give my eyebrows

I had my first threading session here and it was super fast and the results were very nice. My eyebrows look great. I cannot say however that its painless!
