This spa has TERRIBLE customer service & if the option for no stars was an option I would rate it that way. I bought a massage package on groupon for my girlfriend. After arriving on the day she was scheduled to go & waiting for 20 minutes the receptionist said the persons car broke down. She indicated that they would call my girlfriend to reschedule but she never received a returned call. My girlfriend called days later to reschedule a time, it was an excuse & they wanted her to come during the week. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone that values people honoring their word or being reasonable. DO NOT WATE YOUR MONEY!!

I had several massages here last year and found them to be therapeutic -- I was very pleased, as the massage therapist found and released my many tight muscles. THE massages themselves earn 4 to 5 stars. However, I have called and left four messages in the past two months, starting on October 19, 2015, requesting a call back to book another massage, this time with a groupon. The promotional value on the groupon expires January 25, and I have not received one call back message. I am disappointed not with the services themselves, but with whatever service I need to enable me to book an appointment.

As someone who suffers with chronic tension & pain, Ive had many therapeutic massages in my day. I went to Urban Temple this month as my pain & tension was at an all new high. I had a bit of a difficult time actually getting the actual appt. booked but, boy was the wait ever worth it. Terrell Coppage-El has healing hands!! He clearly understands how to release muscle tension & provided a wonderful customer service experience. I will be re-booking as soon as possible!!

Yesterday i experienced a moment of delicate relaxation.. walking into the door, i was met with warmth and serenity..this massage was by far the best ive ever had.. i left all the stress behind, only having peace as my ending result.. thank you for your hosiptality, professionalism and the will to please!!!

First met Qiana when I bought a Groupon coupon for $27 for first visit. It was amazing! Then I went back again and again.... and will again. Qiana knows her stuff and is so peaceful, energetic and calming. Love the hot stone, Swedish, deep tissue massages ! Go.

Sad to say that trying to schedule is so stressful that it makes the need for a massage a necessity and not luxury. Extremely frustrating to say the least. Ive been calling for one hour and unable to get an answer...not to mention that they are closed Sun and Mon.

Friendly people, however I paid for a 60min massage deep tissue and hot stone, but didnt get or see any hot stone didnt feel any deep tissue massage and it only was for 45 mins!!! Got lots of lotion and rubs. Back and neck feels the same.
