I go to the Little Five Points location. Jazmin Spa offers an assortment of services and a clean environment. It is a wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate. I have been seeing LaTonya for facials for about two years. I have always had problem skin, and she listens when I tell her what has been going on with it. She also waxes my eyebrows. Jason is my massage therapist, and I recommend him highly - I have always had a bad back and have gone through a plethora of various massage therapists. Jason gets the job done. The nail technicians are fabulous as well, and always get a huge kick out of my color selection. The one downside is the parking situation, although the Spa does have reserved parking in front. It is next to a Starbucks, so....well, need I say more? Its worth it though.

Clean relaxing facility with (mostly) knowledgeable staff. Man/ped good value with color change only option which includes shaping of nails. (Who NEEDs exfoliation/hand massage?) May cost more than other nail salons but worth it for attention to cleanliness. Quick in and out. 10% cash discount at Decatur location (only). Parking at Kirkwood and especially Little 5 Points can be a challenge but salons are quieter and more upscale than noisy Decatur. I recommend Deborah (Decatur) for waxing & facials and Svetlana for massage. Im a regular customer & both are excellent professionals. Beware! Some employees press line of skin care products on clients.

I parked on a nice day with a plan to check out the spa. I went to the pharmacy, then I crossed the road to look at some apartments and talked to someone for 10 minutes. I came back and my car had been booted with a guy who looked like a drug dealer asking me for $95 to get it off since I had violated the off the property rule. I felt uncomfortable so I paid up immediately. I am never coming back to this corner and never visiting this spa. People who rent on private property have to accept some responsibility for whats going around them or move out. Get an electronic parking meter and give people fines instead of this ridiculous sketchy crap

Went in for a pedicure and full set of gel nails. I thought Id have a new experience other than the normal. The prices are way more than market for the services, but I dont mind paying for more if there is reason too. However, my nails are tooooooo thick and bulky. There was a lady that spent most of her time staring at me that made me very uncomfortable and I eventually asked why she was looking at me and my nail tech told me she wasnt, she wasnt looking for a towel and for her customer. Without going on for too long, save your money and go elsewhere. $80 down the drain.

I love this spa. I went to see Paris for a facial for the first time a year ago. I was a little apprehensive, because spas are not usually my kind of thing. When I walked in I was immediately greeted very warmly and did not have to wait more than a minute for Paris. And this is how it has been every time I have gone back. Paris is fantastic. My skin feels amazing when I leave. I also get a pedicure while there, and they make sure I never have to wait in between. I like that. Would absolutely recommend Jazmin Spa and Paris!

I recently went here for a massage purchased with a Groupon coupon. The "therapist" they assigned me obviously had very little experience with massage. Someone had taught her a very few techniques, but most of her treatment was much like rubbing suntan oil into my back. Worst massage Ive ever had. To make matters worse, the massage was supposed to be a full hour with extra add-ons that would make it an hour +20, and I realized after I left that she hadnt even made it an hour. Definitely not worth the money.

I took my sister to this spa for her birthday to get a facial and afterwards her skin broke out in a horrible rash. This has never happened at any spa weve went to before. Also, we both got a mani/pedi that was way overpriced. I could have just went to any nail shop and gotten the same thing for much cheaper. If anything just get a basic mani/pedi, the other ones they offer are NOT worth the extra money.

Jewell -Sep, 2011 The Decatur Jazmin Spa is my favorite location. I generally get manicures & pedicures at the spa. I like the service that I receive. The nail technicians always do a great job and they are friendly. I am a repeat client of about 3 years and look forward to coming for my relaxing service. I plan to continue to patronize this location and would recommend others to try it for themselves.

I booked a spa package (deluxe i believe) for my mom and auntie, paid the depost & they lost my information. On top of that the facial lady was 1hr late Bc she was never booked according to her. They were rude when i asked abour possibly getting a refund & the lady continuously insulted me about my eyed brows as well...NEVER going there again

I was referred to this place by the sister spa. They are open late. The people are very nice. My technician had to leave, he rushed my service but another lady took over that was extremely professional. She made me fell welcomed The prices are good for quality work they do. Its located downtown Decatur in a safe plaza.

Spent two hours to remove my old gel polish, and paint new gel polish. Way too long in the chair and the girl ruined my nails. She took off nail and not just gel polish. She wasnt a professional at all! The girl at the front desk wasnt heplpful in my concerns of both timing and thinning out my nails. Not going back.

I got a gift certificate from a friend and lost it. Then I talked to the friend and she said that she gave them my name. So I went there and they found the certificate, but it expired. They didnt offer anything. I dont think its a fair policy. I will no longer go there.

My best find at Jazmin Spa Deborah at their Decatur location. Deborah has been caring for my face and brows for years and I would not go to anyone else. I love the atmosphere she creates as enjoy the treatments in their lovely rooms. It is my go to place, for my face.

The Decatur location is wonderful - quiet and relaxing atmosphere, and the facilities are always very clean. Try the signature or hot stone pedicure - totally worth it! Been going for over a year now and have always been very pleased with the services I receive.

Erinn- Need a spot to escape? Kirkwood Jazmin Spa is the place to be. The staff makes you feel like family and the atmosphere is perfect. Whatever the spa service you are looking for they have it for you.

Little 5 location. The massage therapist Jason is oh so good! And the esthetician LaTonya gave me a great facial. My first one! My pedicure was great!

What a super place! I have used many of the services - manicure, pedicure, massage - all great! My husband loves the massage as well!
