Really disappointed and dissatisfied with my last experience last week. Had a Christmas function to attend Friday night, so I went there around 3:30 to get my hair colored and styled. I requested a dark red color, i also provided a photo of what I wanted. The colorist assured me it would be doable. When all was said and done, i went from a blonde ombre to just brown flat hair, which almost seemed to be a rinse and not color. I asked them to fix it, but really wished I hadnt because i spent the next 3 hours in the salon, was late for my event, and ended up with bright pink highlights!! Not the dark red i had requested. The saddest part was inwas expected to pay $175 for this including the style which was wasjed oum the first failed attempt!! The staff also were very nonchalant and didnt seem to care either. I ended up getting s refund for the color only, but wished I couldve gotten my money back in full.never going there again.if I couldve I would give it 0 stars.

I used to come here 5 years ago but when the stylist I used left, they wouldnt tell me where she went, and I quit going. I went today, and had a 12 oclock appointment, and the stylist wasnt there! After waiting 20 minutes, they offered to get me in "right away," but I would have to pay more...WTF?!?!? You screw up an appointment and want ME to pay for if???? No effing way! So 30 minutes late, she finally comes in. I had pics of what I wanted (thanks to a handy hairstyle iPhone app). The chic, sleek, chin length bob with sideswept bangs that I asked for somehow turned into a below the shoulders, layered dumpy mess with uneven, cant decide if they are blunt or sideswept, chunky, some too short, some too long bangs.... I now have to find somewhere to fix this mess. No more DASS!

I am a color chamelon. Seriously. I change hair color almost as much as I change underwear. Its ridiculous. Anyways, Ive been getting my color done since about 2001 with Ashley (Adams), and I will NEVER trust my color to anyone else! She is the boss when it comes to color. Sometimes I go in knowing exactly what I want, and she delivers. Sometimes I just go in and tell her to do what she thinks will look good... I trust her that much. She has NEVER given me a bad hair color. Every time I get out of her chair, I feel like a total rock-star. I get compliments on my color every time. If you want the best color, hit up Ashley Lee- you wont be disappointed!

An overall disappointing first visit.. the lady who did my hair left the hair color in for an HOUR while she attended to two other people. I finally asked when she was going to rinse it out and she said "oh yeah I was about to ask someone to do that" aka, forgot about me. The color came out way too dark and Im stuck using dawn dish soap as shampoo until it lightens up. Denyse did my hair cut and she was great!! I am only giving this place two stars bc of her and the front desk lady who got me in on 5 hours notice - they were great. Also - you have to bring cash to tip. Apparently they cant do tips on credit or debit cards.

As a guy, my haircuts arent that difficult. Ive done the typical greatclips etc., I started going to DASS 8 years ago and while the price is more, its absolutely worth it. I used to have Zana before she moved and Daniel now, whos been there 15 years +. The cuts are superb. The style, the texture of the cuts and nothing is ever funky. My favorite part of it is the shampoo. I love head rubs as they really help melt stress away. They shampoo, condition and then rinse/wash after the cut before final style. Ive had cuts from 6 total stylists there and they all have been highly skilled. You do get what you pay for.

I visited DASS while on business in Atlanta 6 months ago, I was immediately dedicated after my salon experience and only allow the staff of DASS Salon to now do my hair on a monthly basis I travel to Atlanta just to have them color, cut and style my hair. Their skin care products are also amazing! The entire staff are excellent, they are knowledgable,experienced and strive to please their client.I love Anya (master stylist) and Frank is amazing at color work. Anna gives the best shampoos ever, her head massages are amazing! Thank you Don Shaw for creating the most amazing salon I feel in the South!

I was at this location a month ago and the stylist was not friendly at all. She messed up the hair color and when i complained about it they refused to give me refund. I spoke to the manager, Vida, who gave me corporates phone number because they didnt want to refund me. I called Petra in corporate and left 2 message already but havent heard anything back. That explains the service and how much they care about retaining customers. I have had pay someone else to fix my hair. Never going back to this location. Not worth it.

I asked for a cut to take my shoulder-length to pixie-short! I didnt know exactly what I wanted, and they gave me an appt with Daniel. He did an EXCELLENT job with my hair and took a few pictures I had into consideration when cutting my hair. He didnt rush and he was very attentive to detail. I will be returning to this salon for my next cut.

Jim my stylist was horrible! He had the worst attitude, he couldve actually listened and got my hairstyle RIGHT this is the worst location and do not spend your money on people who are rude and wont listen. I spoke to management and he swore he did everything right, but the point is the services were horrible and guess who wont be returning.

I have been going to Kristy for the past 7 years. She has cut my hair chin length, long and feathery, long layers, and recently just took my hair from mid back length to a trendy shoulder length lob and Im loving it!!! Go see her while you still can! And Anna is the best shampooer ever!! She will make your headache go away.

I have been going to Dass salon for a few years. I love to see Jett for my color and cuts. I have even followed her from other Dass locations that have closed! She really listens to what I want done and whether I want something simple or a bit edgy, she always gives me a great cut and color!

Went for a cut and style a month ago. Girl cut off 8 inches but didnt layer and texturize like I wanted. Went back yesterday and requested another stylist. Omar is the best!!! Did a better job than I could have imagined!

I really miss the fact that they no longer have their location in Lenox Mall. A lot of the good stylists are no longer there, but their products are great. Your hair will be shiny and healthy.
