In the past I have not been one to frequent spas. However that all changed when I went to Fabu. It has a lovely and inviting atmosphere. I saw April for a facial, eyelash tint and brow wax. She was so professional and knowledgeable. She takes the time to talk to you to find out about your current regimen and any problem areas. She explains the products she chooses for you and why they are important. She suggest products but not in pushy way that I found in other spas. She also gives you tips on how to make the best use of those products. I have used the products she suggests for my personal skin type and have seen great results. After leaving Fabu I feel calm, relaxed and most all refreshed and beautiful. Money well spent.

I would call myself a bit of a spa snob -- in a former life I was an event manager and traveled the country visiting resorts and sampling their spas -- and I have to say, the facials at Fabu are the very best I have ever had. I am rather fanatical about the ambience and environment when I am getting facials and massages -- I do not want to hear a pin drop outside my room, I do not want to hear voices or feet moving, I do not want to hear my aestheticians chair moving or jars clanging or anything. I want as close to a calming, peaceful experience as I can get, and that is exactly what you get at Fabu. These women understand facials, they understand the spa experience. This is not a spa factory. This is the real deal.

Having had problem skin for most of my adult life, Ive come to appreciate facials as a good way to manage skin issues without regular use heavy chemicals. Fabu definitely did not disappoint! I saw April, who took time to talk to me about my skin, my issues, and what she proposed to do, making sure it fit with my expectations. Her service felt personal and meant just for me and my skin, and her suggestions of ways to improve my overall texture were ones Ive since incorporated into my daily regime (to good success). The experience was incredibly relaxing, and her knowledge impressive. I happily recommend Fabu and April to anyone who wants a good skin experience.

My girlfriends and I booked appointments at Fabu based on the reviews posted here. What a disappointment. How can they call themselves a spa? This tiny, un-zen like place is located in the back of a clothing store. The woman at the cash register in the store was too busy paying bills on the telephone to address us when we came in the store (not a spa). No tea, no robes, no music, NO ATMOSPHERE!!!! Our treatments were hardly quality despite our kindest attempts to direct the therapists! I question who is writing the reviews but I would not be able to recommend Fabu to anyone looking for a spa. Too bad we didnt see this place before we booked!!

Fabu is the best of all aspects when looking for a spa. The atmosphere is relaxing and serene, the staff so friendly and the treatments are AMAZING! Yet, it still has the intimate feeling of a small business and you can feel the passion that goes into each treatment. I have always struggled with acneic dry skin (a very tough combination) and Jessica has found an effective treatment while still nourishing my finicky skin. Not to mention I left feeling revived, refreshed and RELAXED! Who knew a facial could be so relaxing? Highly recommended!

I recently stopped in for a facial and brow wax. I decided on the Alpha Beta facial, and Leslie Cao did a phenomenal job! My face felt like silk when she was done. Her massage was fantastic too, and Im pretty picky. I highly recommend booking an appointment with Leslie, its been over a week and my skin still looks rejuvenated and refreshed. She is also highly educated on all of of the products, so if you have any questions about home care she can steer you in the right direction without being pushy. I cant wait to come back!

Fabu is Heaven in Decatur!!!I feel lucky to have found this gem of a spa. The staff is incredibly friendly, the service impeccable and if I could live there full time I would. April gives the most amazing facial Ive ever had...and Ive frequented spas when I lived in NYC and LA. I visit once a month for a facial, eyelash and eyebrow tint and walk out feeling like a brand new person. If you havent tried this spa in Decatur, you are missing out. Run! Dont walk!

I went in to take advantage of a Scoutmob offer & was pleasantly surprised. I had a wonderful experience and an equally fantastic massage. Tina is very good at what she does - I got a Swedish massage. She has a very personable demeanor, is warm and very attentive. The young lady at the counter was also very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be going back!
