Really nice people here. They were always available via the phone and were incredibly nice when I came into the store. Unfortunately, I have to give them 1 star for the following 3 reasons: 1) Price. They tried to charge me $670 for a job that a name brand shop down the street (Firestone) would do for $450. Before I took my car there, they estimated that it would be $400-$500. 2) Quality/honesty. Essentially, they tried to charge me $670 for a job that did not have to happen at all. I was told that I needed a new starter (after replacing the battery) because the car would not start. Long story short, I got my car tested at another facility and the starter works perfectly. My car starts and runs perfectly. There was absolutely no need for the $670 job that they insistent I needed. This is unacceptable. 3) Speed. One two separate occasions they were unimpressive with timing. I was told that it would take "20-30" minutes to check my car, but I showed up 2.5 hours later and they "hadnt gotten a chance to look at it yet." Later that day, they told me they were "too busy" to perform a short test on my car that day at 3pm (their shop didnt close for another 3 hours)

En route to our family vacation, our brakes started to smoke/smell as we passed through downtown Atlanta. I pulled off, let them cool off and started googling - Thankfully Dekalb Tire came up close to the top. As i sat and stewed about getting my family there safely and this potentially ruining vacation, the folks at Dekalb greeting us warmly on the phone and said "Come on in, we will take care of you." The not only fit us in, but took care of our brake pads, rotors and even a busted line within 2.5 hours. I cant speak highly enough about the quality of work or the friendliness to which our family was greeted. I wish i had a local Dekalb Tire!!!

Honest, friendly, helpful, and convenient. I called because of a flat tire I suffered over the weekend, and they encouraged me to bring it in and let them look. Within a couple minutes of pulling in, they were outside looking at the "damage". Even the waiting area inside was clean and accommodating. They couldve easily sold me on a new tire; instead, they removed it from the rim and told me it was safe to repair instead. I was back on the road with my tire fixed in ~30 minutes. For $20 instead of $100+, and very friendly service to boot, I will definitely bring my car back to them when I do need new tires.

Have gone to Dekalb Tire in Buckhead a couple of times now for replacement tires. They consistently have the best prices (based on my calling around to 3-4 shops) and in addition to being friendly, they seem to give you a no-BS opinion on what your car needs. Im no tire expert, but they patiently explained my choices and gave me their recommendation once I had a grasp of all the alternatives. Next time I need tires or minor service, Ill be going back to Dekalb Tire.

Took my car in after a small accident and to get four tires. Absolutely excellent service. Reece took the time to walk through every option with me, letting me decide what I wanted done with the car based on price and quality. He showed me several options on tires, explaining the pros and cons of each. They seem to really value their customers in a way that most auto shops dont. I will definitely be returning for future service to my car.

Hands down the best customer service of any auto repair shop in Atlanta- especially Buckhead. I will never take my car anywhere else if I can help it. I brought my car in today to have a taillight changed. I was greeted with a smile, taken care of in less than 15 minutes, and because my good friend referred me, they didnt charge me! Car troubles can be such a pain but not at DeKalb Tire!

Very quick & friendly service . They took the car right in to repair a flat and 30 minutes later was on my way to work for a $20. Not all flats can be repaired but they will only sell you a tire if you need one. Ill add that this top service has been my experience at both the Buckhead and Sandy Springs locations.

Excellent service done in a timely manner. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I appreciate the honesty; when I asked how the tires looked, I was told "good enough that I cant even recommend an alignment". Ill definitely return to this location.
