Went to service here. After 10 years of loyal service they talked me into paying them to check out a two year old car I was considering buying. The sales person told me it was only 2 year old and certified so that would not be needed but I trusted Roswell Auto. The car was down there for less than 2 hours. They returned it with a 8 inch scratch along the drivers door. Luckily the dealer had just taken pictures for me moments before dropping the vehicle off at the shop. The dealer got a police report that evening but the shop closed and drove off as the police showed up. I went in there for over a month. I was led on about being able to get an audience with the owner. They finally admitted the damage occurred there but said they are not responsible for what happens on their property in their care. Never service here. They say they base their company off religous values but did not show any during the process.

I tried to make an appointment a week before I brought my vehicle in. They told me it was not necessary. So I showed up at 8:05 this morning and dropped off my truck to make sure it was working fine before I took the family on a 2500 mile vacation. I called at 3PM to see what was going on, they said they would call me back...they did not. I called back at 4:30, and was informed that they about to "get it on the lift". (after having it for 8 and a half hours) they called back at 5:11 and said that there could be a multitude of problems but would have to do a lot of testing to "track it down". I cant understand how they could think that they could diagnose and fix my vehicle with less than an hour and a half in their work day. They have certainly lost my business with their blatant disrespect of my time. I would have put this as a private message on their website, but that doesnt work either.

Saved 30% over another local servicer. I am an old customer but had moved away, I had a quote from another place but it seemed like I was getting railroaded. So I called up Roswell Auto for a 2nd opinion and they delivered - right on the dollar they estimated. Price was very good, but who cares about price if it does not resolve problem. But again Roswell Auto pulled through for me, fixing in same day and the car it noticeable working well. I have my Bimmer Back, and I know I should not have left Roswell Auto servicer when I moved a little further away - they are well worth it! Thanks Roswell Auto Center Team

I have tried to use these guys twice because they were recommended to me by a friend. The first time I took my car in due to smoke coming from the hood of the vehicle. After several hours of checking the engine, they literally just topped off my coolant and charged me several hundred dollars because they couldnt find a problem with it. The second time I walked in for an oil change. Dropped off my vehicle and had lunch across the street. I came back an hour later and the mechanic still hadnt got to my car. I wasted another hour before I actually took my keys and left. I wont be coming back to this place.

Always fair and honest. Never.make up stuff to do on your car just to charge you more. As a result they have more than enough business to make money honestly serving real needs. Oil changes are little more than the competition, but worth it to know work is done right, and they wont be pushing a few hundred bucks in service work that my car really doesnt need. And finally, I always get a follow-up call about a week after any work theyve done to make sure Im happy and the car is running right. It almost always is.

This was the best service Ive had thus far from an auto repair center. Today I dropped off my car before work to have my alternator replaced. They actually called OReilly and made arrangements to get my replacement alternator even though I was in warranty with OReilly and not with Roswell Auto Center. They exceeded my expectations and expedited the service. When I left work, my car was available for pick up. Great service, especially on a Saturday.

Have been dealing with Roswell Auto Center for 8 years and have never seen a shop this honest and going out of their way to satisfy a customer. They are a very busy shop and offer free shuttle rides to local customers who need to leave cars for repairs which has been a great help. After seeing their high marks on Kudzu and Angies List, it is easy to see why they are so busy. Have recommended them to many friends and family. Mike

These guys are great. Carl and Robert are honest mechanics. A rarity. Wanted to check the relays on my Honda civic before having the service the AC, so I wouldnt have to pay for it if the problem was small. They printed out schematics and walked me through the fix, so I wouldnt mess it up. The quotes are in line with other shops, and they always do the service quickly.

STAY AWAY. from this place. they dont even know how to do an oil change, they over filled my car with oil and I took it back and they wanted to charge me for the mistake they did. my car takes 5.7 qts of oil. They put in 6.5qts of oil. Now I have a leak on the engine just because some idiots dont know how to do an oil change.

I shopped around when we moved to Roswell and was pleased to find Roswell Auto Center. They worked on several of our cars over the years. We moved to Maine ( with a 1993 Mazda Miata with 250k miles and 1999 Volvo V70 with 120k ); and drove up without incident. Im very appreciative !

Do not go here, they tricked my wife into paying about 50 bucks to change an air filter. For those who dont know you can easily do this yourself in 5 minutes for about 10 dollars. Ive been going here for about 2 years and Ill never go back to these thieves.
