I will never go to Pep Boys again. I dropped by this location because I live nearby and noticed that one of my tires was looking a little flat. When I pulled in, a man who appeared to be a manager approached me and asked me what I needed. After I explained to him that I was there about my tire, he pointed to the service area and told me to pull up behind this other car that was waiting to be serviced. When I politely repeated what he told me back to him to make sure I was pulling up in the right area, he got an attitude with me and basically acted like I was an idiot who could not follow instructions. The guy that checked my tires was super nice and polite, but I will never go back because of the managers attitude.

I turned my car in at 8am on a Saturday to get two tires mounted and balanced. They returned my car at 9pm. There was mold growing in the coffee, and when I asked the clerk about it, he simply stated, "Its been that way a while." Apparently, the clerk had no intention of cleaning the pot. Perhaps he thought it would be funny to see a customer drink the coffee and get sick. I would never go back to this location. Unfortunately, I still have two tires with whatever ripoff tire insurance plan they have; I had insurance and two of my tires blew, and it still cost me over $200 to get the tires replaced, mounted and balanced! STAY AWAY!

Horrible service! I took my car there after catching a flat and bought 2 new tires. However, THEY PUT THE WRONG SIZE TIRES BACK ON MY CAR! Therefore I had other problems to occur and all they have to tell me is the price of what I need to get done! Not, we are sorry we messed up your car or how can we help fix it! I brought in my proof that they sold me the wrong size tired with a receipt...they told me "sorry we want the old tires so we can inspect....oh and did you still want that $600 fix done today or would you like to schedule the service?" Thats literally all they said to me..I will definitely be calling their corporate office!

Prompt service, great value - I stopped off at this Big 10 Tires today and dropped off a tire that needed to be plugged. By the admission of the clerk they were more busy than usual, due to the fact that it was MLK day, but he said my tire would be patched within the hour. I went to lunch and got a call 20 minutes later stating that my tire was done. When I went to claim my tire, they offered to mount it and rotate all of my tires for free. The best part, when I went to pay, they found a coupon for me and I got out of there for a ridiculously low price. I will be going back to this location.

Pulled in at 530 on a Friday night with my car overheating. Troy(who I believe is a manager if Im not mistaken) was working at the front desk, knew what the problem was, and knew they wouldnt be able to get the part. I knew I could make it home, I just needed some water. He filled up the radiator and a jug I had in the car, then went and found 2 other jugs (without me even asking), filled them up for me. He wouldnt let me pay for them, saying they were just going to be thrown away anaways. If I ever have car problems in this area again, I would certainly take my car back here.

Ive been to this location twice in the last couple of months and have had positive experiences. They have done good work on my car and are honest. They are also timely and polite. I started coming to this location because I like the manager Jeremy, who was transferred from the Peachtree Rd store earlier this year. I am thinking that maybe he made some changes when he came over, which would explain why my experience has been much better than some of the other online reviewers.

I went in when it was slow so they should have done a quick job. It took them 4 hours to put on 4 new tires and an alignment. When I went to go pick up my truck, the tires were on inside out with the white letters facing inside, and they had not even started the alignment. 2 cars in the garage and 9 mechanics standing around. This, in addition to a botched basic break service I received last year has confirms their reputation with me. Very unprofessional, not coming back.

BMW 2006: Jeremy has provided excellent service for my vehicle on three different occasions. But I appreciate as well is several times Jeremy has told me the service I needed would be better served at the specialist dealer. This is a sign that theyre not trying to sell you and complete every service theres an acknowledgment that there may be different vendors news. Bottom line, four tires oil changes basic maintenance Pep Boys is a good option.

The guys took personal care of my car. The mechanics personally showed me what was wrong with the car. They went above and beyond to charge me a fair price and even helped me acquire the right parts in time so that I could have my car back the same day. Car mechanics and shops are tough to always trust fully but Troy the manager and Mac the mechanic really showed they are knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would go back to repair all my car needs

Just got full Radiator Flush. Took an appointment at 10AM. Got out at 10.45. Extremely courteous customer service. They even offered coffee and place to relax. I love this place. They have done all the necessary check and gave full vehicle clean report. James and Jeremy were very friendly. I walked out happily. Time was valued utmost here. I will strongly recommend anyone to go to Hammonds Pep Boys .... 10 Stars.....

Jeremy provided exceptional service to my 2003 Ford Explorer. The check engine lignt came on and it was misfiring pretty bad. The team at Pep Boys was able to pull the codes and diagnose that the spark plugs, O2 sensor and Fuel Injection needed to be replaced. I was informed of everything along the way. My car runs just like new now. Highly reccomend the team there. They know their stuff.

12/15/13...Sunday store is open at 10AM...Waited for 12 minutes at the front desk...needed oil change and tires...no one responded. One employee way down at the end of the building smoking...couldnt have cared less about customer service.. NEVER AGAIN FOR THIS PLACE!!! Left and went to Goodyear up the street, where I was taken care of right away.

Simply the best! Having a good run of bad luck brought me to this location but Im glad it did. The manager, Bob Susalka, bent over backwards to help get me on the road safely. This particular place is an hour from my home but I will drive it every time just to have them service my car! I recommend THIS location and these "boys" any day of the week!

It was july 3rd and late in evening. We were traveling for baseball. Obviously next day was a holiday. Chances of finding someone open were slim. Our car overheated. Pepboys was available, friendly and very accommodating... our car was brought in by 10 a.m. and fixed by 1 so we could continue to play ball. Thank you for a great experience!
