On a rare occasion, they misdiagnosed my A/C compressor, and then refunded my diagnosis cost! Called me very sincerely and offered that the owner could exclusively look at my car the next time I come in (which was a very nice gesture.) Thats a 5-star move right there. Everyone Ive spoken to is extremely nice and personable.
