I dont know what happened to this shop, they used to be great and my family has been going there for years. No more though, Ive had enough of paying over and over for things not to be fixed. Brakes: I had them work on my brakes SIX TIMES. They replaced the front rotors and pads without asking four months after my BF installed new ones and then "couldnt find the old parts" when I wanted them back. Six months later they replaced the pads again. They replaced the rear drums and shoes three times! All of this to fix a problem with the rear brakes caused by the brake proportioning valve. My BF even told them what it was but he didnt have time to work on the car at the time. Emissions: FOUR catalytic converters. Now I only paid for one of these but according to them the first three they installed had had the catalyst stolen. They didnt notice this when doing the job? They finally put on yet another cheap aftermarket part that is rusting out after less than a year but failed to replace the O2 sensor behind the cat which was the real cause of the emissions failure. They also managed to weld the new POS converter on at an angle so now my exhaust hangs down about four inches from the road. Thanks guys, great work. Suspension. They replaced my struts and shocks and failed to tighten hardware on one rear shock and one front control arm. I could have lost a wheel on the highway along with my life. Again, thanks. Not only did you cost me thousands of dollars in wasted repairs over the last few years you also failed to fix even one thing in a really satisfactory way. I paid a kid down the street $100 to reweld the exhaust and install two sensors I bought and he did a great job. He even took out the five welded in adapters RAT cobbed together and replaced them with two pieces of pipe. He said the adapters they used had leaks in the welds and would rust out faster than what he used. Funny, I believe the kid. He had the old parts to show me what was bad. So if youre looking for an honest shop that does quality work keep on looking, this isnt it.

The best work Ive ever had done on a vehicle. I can recommend them without reservation. They have literally been able to find and fix problems no other shop could. For example I had an annoying rattle for years that no other place could diagnose. The guy at Auto Tech immediately knew what it was by the sound (missing bolt on the catalytic converter shield), fixed it, and its stayed fixed. They work really fast, have great prices, and always check to make sure you know what the cost will be before they do any work. Ive never had any kind of problem at this shop and Ive been going there for about three years. Check them out, you will be glad you did.

Roswell Auto Tech is by far the best car repair shop anywhere around. Lee is honest about what repairs need to be done, his mechanics do excellent work, and he beats everyone elses prices too! If you dont need certain work done, Lee will tell you even if another auto shop has told you differently. We have gone to Roswell Auto Tech for almost 20 years because Lee is of a very rare breed - someone you can really trust. He stands behind all of his work and has never let us down. Without question, finding Roswell Auto Tech was the best thing that has happened to our family and our friends in the field of auto repair.

Horrible experience! Roswell auto tech was recommended to us to have our classic truck repaired. What a waste of $500, time and gas! We ended up having to go to another auto shop and spend an additional $1000 to fix what this place did not. We left with an oil leak, back firing, shakiness the list goes on....and this was after taking it back for them to "fix" it again. The mechanics did not even know things that I, someone who knows nothing about engines, do. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!

Very displeased and unimpressed with this staff after being referred to them. Doesnt get stuff done on time, constantly making excuses and actually had the owner call and tell us to pay ahead of time so his staff would be able to receive money on their checks. The next morning, I receive a call saying that my car is yet again being delayed for the second day in a row after paying the day before. If you dont want to deal with BS then go somewhere else. This is absolutely pathetic.

These guys are great to work with...needed to repair a side mirror and they ordered the part, put it on and had me back in business very quickly. The best part was the money I saved by not going to the dealer. Lee and the guys are easy to work with and honest. Exactly what you would expect but rarely seem to get these days. They were recommended to me and I would recommend them to others.

I hate auto repair places almost as much as I hate used car salesmen. However, I have found Roswell Auto Tech to be a small team of competent repairmen who do not over charge and do not try to scare you into doing unnecessary repairs just so they can make more $$$. Although I cant speak for all customers that has been my experience over the past 9 years.

Im treated with great respect, they explain in detail I can understand about my car repairs. Its like a real home town family store. YOU WILL NOT REGRET WORKING WITH ROSWELL AUTO TECH

these guys were great! i brought in my car over the weekend just to find out if it was drivable until i could drop it off on monday. they advised against it. on monday, i brought it in. they did some tests, and found that the problem was fixable. the bill was more than fair. definitely coming back to these guys in the future!

Roswell Auto Tech does quality repair work, at a fair price, that they guarantee. You can search around but they are the best deal in town. No coupons with conditions hidden in the fine print, no gimmicks, no surprises. If you go anywhere else you are probably paying too much.

Lee and his team are amazing! I have been in the automotive industry for many many years and have found this facility to be as good as they come. Dont hesitate to call Lee with any question or problems you are having with your vehicle! Great people and extremely fair pricing.

Never took my car here, but when I called 5 minutes before they closed, Lee was very helpful and nice even though he had customers in front of him. He took his time and was very very pleasant. Not typical in this line of work especially at closing time.

Great service! Called in the morning got a quote based on my analysis and it turned out to be the fuel pump. Same day fix and I was home on time for supper. I dont even live in that area, but I might drive back for the fair price and excellent service.
